We really enjoyed our week stay here. The staff was super nice and helpful (shoutout to Miriam for being the best barkeeper and making our stay even better!!!<3), the room was clean and we had lots of power outlets. We also had quite a beautiful view of the sea. There is no air conditioning, but the temperature cools down enough at night that it isn't a problem for sleeping. Definitely worth our money!! (Screenshots added from a video I made of the room that I sadly cannot share here.) Also: there are two entry ways, one next to a parking lot and another with a stairway down to the center (I added a picture of the stairway to the center)

The manager was very loud during the day, he was screaming from basically 12 pm to 4 pm. Next to that he was also rude to the staff, he didn't care if guests were there to hear him tell off the staff for things they couldn't even do anything about. The staff deserves better.

The pool was especially good. Balcony had an ocean view. Good size bathroom.

No concerns

The location of this hotel is stunning! The terrace and bar area offers an incredible view of the city and the ocean! The breakfast was not overly rich and there could have been few more options but this was expected considering the price we paid. The location of the hotel requires quite a lot of walking up and down the streets from the main city centre, which was fine for us. Our room was basic but more than enough to fulfil basic needs; we had no issues and the place was clean. Such a good value for money! Overall, we loved our stay here and had no problems at all!

I recently visited this hotel, and it left a very poor impression. The building is old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and the rooms felt dirty and unhygienic. Overall, the hotel had a shabby and uninviting atmosphere. I decided not to stay there.

The hotel could benefit from a larger reception area, with two computers and a bigger desk. It's clear that the large reception area but limited workspace slows down and complicates the check-in process, despite the friendliness of the staff. Additionally, the rooms would benefit from regular technical inspections and minor repairs if needed.

Our room with a bathroom was very comfortable. We were too early and too late for check-in and check-out, but the friendly staff still helped us save our luggage.

I would have liked a more varied breakfast, because after a few days we didn't feel like eating the same food. I would also like to have more hacks for clothes. And the shower system was leaking, that's why less water came out of the shower faucet.

Nice and very kind staff, rooms are very clean, nice swimming pool, it's not a hotel for 3000£, so can't ask more, very good value for the money and it's nice and quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the centre, 2 minutes walk to the nearest pub and cafe, nice and quiet nights, we have been as a couple, thank you guys, we left this hotel happy and very satisfied

the location as it is centrally placed and the staff, the receptionist Elton was incredibly helpful and kind

The property was really clean, it was just what we needed. Simple put practical room. Staff were great, super friendly. In terms of value for money we could not fault this hotel. Nice little continental breakfast too.

We didn’t have a balcony, though we were offered to change room for an additional cost. For how much time we spent we didn’t bother. Very hilly. The hotel is located at a really high point, lots of stairs.

Perfect location in the city center close to everything. Spotless clean room. Nice staff at the reception. Great breakfast! The pool is just amazing! Huge balcony with great view to Albufeira. I could not be more satisfied with this hotel! I highly recommend it!.
