Check-in was too complicated and time consuming having to sign forms about personal data and having to pay a 200 Euro deposit that we were told is refunded on check out. However, on checkout it takes even longer to wait for the room to be inspected by staff whilst you wait. New years day was a holiday they said we had to wait another day!

Everything was great facilities, room and cleanliness. Breakfast was ok, but same selection everyday, food ok, just a bit mediocre.

The reception staff are not good. Quite abrupt and a bit corrupt. I paid cash for laundry to be done (only 10 euro). But that cash apparently just disappeared and I had to pay it again at checkout! So, I obviously complained, but she wouldn’t accept my word, asking which member of staff I’d paid etc… I said not my problem, to remember who etc… check your cameras etc… but ran out of time, as taxi arrived, so had to just pay and leave. I said this is unfortunate, because otherwise its been great, Why would I argue about 10euro’s, its just the principle of it!? So keep an eye out for that if staying here.

We loved the location of the hotel.It was very near the old town.Fantastic views.The staff were very friendly that we experienced at breakfast and reception and any staff around the hotel.There was an excellent selection at breakfast and it was all very good.We didnt eat any other meals there.Some people complained the beds were uncomfirtable on previous reviews but we found them to be fine.

There wasn't much we didn't like but a few small points.The noise from the water in the pool trickling down all night.If sitting on the balcony and someone jumped in the pool above the water came down into the balcony.Not good if using a device at the time.The pillows were not very comfortable but okay. The shower head in the shower wasnt working properly so not full flow but we managed

Nara at the reception is so amazing, extremely helpful and provided us with helpful information about places and locations to visit, she also explained parking situations, breakfast schedules, hotel amenities and other helpful infos. We loved our premium room #518, it has a mini refrigerator, nesspresso Coffee machine, and complimentary bottled water, beach towels and bath robes , the beach is right in front of the hotel and it’s just a few minutes , also has a lift to come up and down , the Hotel is updated and well maintained , The cleanliness is exceptional, we stayed for 4 nights and everything is just perfect.

Safety Deposit Boxes are not free and cost €2.50 per day , Breakfast is the same and has no variations , definitely need improvements, a Hot oatmeal and a real cow milk would be nice, and more fruits varieties would be great.

The location was excellent. A short easy walk to town. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good. The wifi was a bit hit-and-miss at busy times. The reception staff were pleasant and informative.

I felt requesting payment to use the in room safe was a penny pinching measure. I have never been asked to pay to use an in room safe at any hotel I have stayed previously. The pool area is small and there are only about 8 sunbeds so totally inadequate for the size of hotel, however, it is right on the beachfront. Only 2 hours are allocated to breakfast from 8.00am to 10.00am. This is far too short a period and creates massive queues and a backlog of people trying to get into breakfast all around the same time. Especially if it is raining and you cannot sit outside. By extending the breakfast from 7.30am through to 10.30am would help to alleviate this.

Lovely hotel, well located. Very clean. Very nice facilities. Welcoming receptionist allowed us to check in early and organised breakfast box for us to take away as we were checking out very early on our final day.

Restaurant manager not very friendly. We arrived at 9.30am for breakfast (serving till 10am). No 'Good morning' or 'Hello' just simply asked 'room number'?. I went to the self service buffet at 10.05 to refill my tea and was informed that 'sorry lady, breakfast finishes at 10' . The restaurant was cleared and reset by 10.10. We were last to leave so I don't know what you would have been able to eat if you arrived closer to 10am. Very rushed....

excellent location overlooking the beach and only a few minutes walk to down town, easy car access and free parking in front of the hotel, modern and in good condition, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely restaurant and bar area, small infinity pool overlooking the beach/sea. would recommend to couples as no screaming kids around :) good value, even without the free upgrade we got :):)

PERFECT location, both the beach and old town is just around the corner, but far enough to not be located just in the middle of the nightlife. The view from the balcony was great (we got a free upgrade which was very much appreciated). Also waking distance to the marina. Nice bed, clean room, nice breakfast. AC worked well.

Breakfast times are short, only 8-10, however it was not overcrowded and food did not run out. The pool area is small. Even though the AC worked, it made quite a sound sometimes.

Pool is freezing

The pancake guy was great. The rest of the buffet was pretty basic. The location was really good - 2 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk to central old town where all the restaurants and vendors are.

The pool area was small and if you didn’t wake up early enough and grab a pool chair there isn’t anywhere for you to sit and put a towel down. Once people are there they tend not to leave for the day so some sort of rental or rotation system for the chairs would be better - we were never able to use them during our stay. The beach is close though, and there’s lots of room there, and you can rent chairs and umbrella for 20 euro.
