Our stay at this hotel in Albufeira was nothing short of fantastic! Located in the old town right on the strip, the hotel provided the perfect balance between vibrant life and peaceful relaxation. We chose a poolside room, and it was the best decision-clean, comfortable, and much quieter than expected given the central location. The room was serviced daily, which kept everything fresh and spotless. The food and drink options were excellent. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and lunch each day, and the cocktails by the pool were the perfect way to unwind. The pool area itself was beautiful, clean, and provided a great spot to relax after exploring the town. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Albufeira, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We'll definitely be back!

We upgraded to a pool view room which was fantastic.

Pool music was a little loud in the morning, it would have been good to be able to shut the balcony door from the outside while my partner was sleeping and i was on the balcony. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and loved upgrading to have that balcony to the pool. Otherwise, fantastic, no noise at night. We couldn't check in until 3pm and arrived around 9am, so it was a long wait to get in the room. It would have been nice if we where prioritized to get in our room. Staff where accommodating though and let us leave our bags in a safe place.

This hotel is perfectly located,near the shops,bars and restaurants. Spotlessly clean with lovely polite,helpful staff. My husband and I spent 5 lovely relaxing nights there end of Oct.The breakfast every morning was fantastic and definitely worth €13 each with a wide variety of fruit,bread,pastries,hot food and delicious coffee. Beautiful pool area,though shaded all the time and very comfortable pool beds. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I loved how clean it was, the decor and facilities were amazing

I didn’t like the fact I had asked 3 times for early check in to my room due to my sisters wedding that I had to attend. I got told to ask 24hours before and I did got no reply and I asked again on the morning before my flight and got no reply. When I arrived I got told I couldn’t check in but could leave my suitcases in reception (in plain sight of everyone) baring in mind I had expensive wedding gift, bridesmaids dresses and 3 suitcases so no way was I leaving them. I then got told my room wasn’t ready but I could upgrade for £300!!!! Which obviously I had to do being in a rush. Very poor communication

— If you are traveling with heavy bags, check with the hotel in advance whether they could meet you at the entrance at Floor 0 with a key for an elevator. Since we didn’t know about that option and trusted Google maps, we had to carry our bags by going up the hill — Strong odor from canalization in the room — The provided iNespresso cups in the room are too small for a regular coffee (the coffee will pour out, be careful) — Since the hotel is located in the heart of the night life, it is impossible to sleep at night due to the noise

The location was excellent to walk around. The cleanliness was nice every day. The staff at breakfast was great.

I will never stay in the room we had overlooking the streets. The noise continued until after 4:30 AM. It was an upcharge to stay in a quieter area. That made no sense to me. It should have been cheaper to not have a view. We didn't like the set up of the faucet, too low inside the sink, the shower leaked all over every day. No replenishment of soap,lotion or beach towels.

It was super clean and modern

We had booked an XL room and checked in that morning but had to wait till 3pm until our room was ready. However we were put in a small double room which was pool facing we obviously were really not happy with this as we had paid a lot more money for a XL room as you can imagine. They compensated us for €60 of the total in room credit as it was already paid and we had to stay in the double for 2 nights as it was overbooked. I would strongly advise to make sure before you arrive you are getting the room you booked to avoid this as this was a damper on our holiday

Hotel looked very sleek, room was massive and had a large bathtub in the centre + huge TV, bed was super comfy, location amazing as right in the heart of old town and a SPAR literally next door to grab snacks/drinks. Pool area had a nice view of the town. Breakfast was lovely and staff were super friendly. I would stay here again! They had a spa too which was a lovely bonus.

Noisy at night as located next to the nightlife bars/clubs, which you can hear with the balcony doors closed too. This didn't bother us and we managed to sleep well but something to consider if you are sensitive to noise.

Location was right in the centre of old town. We had a pool room where the balcony lead directly out to the pool, bar, breakfast area which we loved. Breakfast was delicious with so many different options. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Like everyone says there is noise coming from the street below, not so bad on the pool side of the hotel just like low background noise. We didn't have issues sleeping but if you are a light sleeper maybe not the best place to stay.
