The location was great. Everything in close proximity. The apartment was clean and everyday it was cleaned and towels changed (our cleaners were two lovely women). Two of.our group slept on the bed sofa which were comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the bar area. A little noisy but we were on holidays so we didn't mind. The indoor swimming pool was great to cool down after the sun. We will definitely be back.

The bathroom was off the bedroom and not located off the dining/sitting area. Just having to go in to the bathroom while others slept there. Not really a problem but bathroom would have been ideal if it was off sitting/dining area

I liked the location, right in the middle of the old town, 3 min walking to the beach, rooms were very big, beds very comfortable, very good A/C, all amenities available, parking very close, very good restaurants and shopping right by the entrance. The view is excellent, proximity to everything is so convenient, staff is very helpful and nice.

Property is a little outdated, the old windows are not cancelling the street noise, furniture and decoration are old, same goes for the kitchenette, I believe the huge price could provide enough money for some renovation.

Great location just a minute walk to the sea. Our apartment was very clean and was being cleaned every day. The bathroom is a bit tired, but still does the job as you only there to wash yourself, but as mentioned before it was being cleaned everyday. Reception staff is very helpful, much appreciated!

Traveling with the 3 year old I did not realise how noisy it's going to be living in the city centre. Also traveling to Albufeira I didnt realise it was a very much a party destination. Music is very loud in the street and it goes on till 11- 12 o'clock at night. I dont think it affected our sleep as after long day we would fall asleep pretty quickly. Otherwise, it's a lovely place.

The location was very good. The cleanliness was fine apart from balcony which was not regularly cleaned. We had paid for a sea view but on arrival was very disappointed to be facing another building. So a very nice young lady called Isabella changed our room to a more sutaible one that we were expecting. Well done Isabella. Bathroom was very good and clean. A little noise can be heard from nearby late night bars but not enough to keep us awake.

A bedside table was missing. I had to use the dressing table stool. More storage would have been helpful. A single wardrobe and 4 draws was not sufficient enough for a longer stay.

Location - this is the only place to stay in Albufeira. Access to restaurants beach etc on one’s doorstep. To ensure we get an apartment in this building we have so often moved our holiday dates to ensure a booking

We booked the hotel in advance, giving us a good price, because it was located on the beach and convenient walk to restaurants and bars. It wasn't a fancy place but had a clean, spacious room with a balcony, and a kitchenette. The view was a sliver of a view and you would have to be willing to tolerate noise because the hotel is in the middle of this party town. We really appreciated the staff assistance and would recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

Excellent location. Right in the middle of all the hubub. Lots of bars/restaurants and shops outside. Clean and good facilities in the apartment.

I asked for it to be accessible due to my friend being disabled, we were not told prior that although there were lifts to the floors, there were steps to get to the lifts. This isn’t suitable for those less abled and if told we would not have stayed there. It’s also extremely noisy at night into the early hours due to the surrounding music venues. Although this didn’t bother us, it would put some off.

Great location. Close to beach & restaurants. Requested a room on high floor which was given. Excellent view from apartment balcony of the beach and sea. Quiet despite being busy season. Air con worked well, bed comfy and shower worked well. Clean. Room serviced daily. Reception staff were helpful and friendly and allowed us to store our bags in a secure room until our room was ready.

Stairwell was dark, especially on 3rd floor - movement sensor lighting didn’t come on quickly enough so it was difficult to see stairs (trip and fall risk).

The location and the apartment. Relaxing pool. Overall we enjoyed it and close to all the stores, bars, restaurants and beach. They have individual access and keys. They provide towels and we had a balcony which we didnt expect and liked.

We were charged tourist fee without being told before-hand. Coffee capsules are not provided for free after the first, you must purchase. We are not that bothered by noise but the street is really loud until late, so don't expect and early peacful sleep.

The location and cooking facilities are excellent.

The WIFI was terrible. I questioned reception about it twice and got the same answer. 'It's working fine in reception'. The second time she said she would speak to 'them' about it but no improvement and no update as to whet 'they' said. Also I got plenty of bites from moquitos in the room.Last quibble was the placement of the tv. It was over my head and impossible to watch while lying in bed.
