Very good location, exactly on the beach and also all restaurants around. Very big room and we were only 2 people. I enjoyed staying here as the staff were very nice and helpful as well. The housekeeper, Valentina, was lovely and left out room very clean.

Furniture and all property might need some renovation as everything is very old. They are charging £4 a night if you want iron and hairdryer. Anyway, the women was nice and left it for us for free because we didn’t ask for it.

Beautiful location, the apartment was clean and it has a beautiful balcony with the see view, the cleaner a very nice lady and very friendly was cleaning the apartment almost every day, I used to love the smell of the apparent after she was cleaning, Frederica the host was very nice, I asked her for a hair dryer and a ironing and she brought it immediately, thank you so much for that Frederica, 100 %recommend

The only thing I didn't like it was a bit noisy in night time, but I still want to go there again

Exceptional.....location....location.....location. From the first interaction with Gonçalves, he couldn't be more helpful to meeting Frederica for the keys, everything done to help you. Appartment was great...everything you needed for your stay was there. Enjoyed my cup of coffee on the balcony every morning looking out over the beach...what a view! Powerful shower and great cleaning ladies. Loved the stay here...perfect....lovely food around the corner and your 20 steps from the beach. Albufeira was a beautiful town and gave us Welsh supporters a fantastic welcome although the result was not so good.

Everything was fantastic

This place is really amazing, especially for its price and location. It is situated literally on the beach. We got the room with the direct ocean view, and the ocean was so close, so it seemed I could just dive in from my balcony. Also I want to mark very good cleaning, it was spotless. The lady Valentina who took care of our room is very nice and does her job at 100%. I really was nicely surprised, that such a type of apartment has every day cleaning service. And the room in reality looks even better than in the picture. It features enough dishes, kettle, stove, additional pillows and blankets. So to say - our vacation in Albufeira and experience with Edificio Apartments were exceptional. Highly recommend!

We liked everything!

Great location. On beach virtually. Near to everything. Felt safe. Had everything you needed. Very clean. Cleaner came everyday except Thursday and Sunday.

Property dated. Armchair had tears in it. Needs some tlc and modernising. Could be noisy especially in peak season or when music festival on. WiFi non existing. Tv not satellite. Only two English speaking channels CNN & DW. Even though smart tv.

I had been in the facility in early April 2024. Great location, to start first. It's beach front (50 m to sand) and right next to the center. All essential stores, restaurants and entertainment are within 100-200 m range. Gonçalo is wonderful; very helpful and gentle. Grande obrigado !

I am sensitive for loud environment but this was not an issue at all this time. I cannot tell the pleasure of resting in the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to great bossa nova.

Frederica the host was very nice to deal with, very friendly and helpful. The apartment although slightly dated was spotlessly clean & comfortable and had everything required for a self catering holiday, hob, grill, coffee machine, brand new toaster and kettle. The apartment was cleaned and towels changed daily. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed. Location was exceptional practically right on the beach with numerous restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Very good value for money, we will definitely return!

Loved location. Apartment very clean

It was very expensive for one person. I paid 1126euro for 9 nights. OK if you sharing but expensive on your own. Bit disappointed apartment overlooked shabby building but at least had sun in afternoon

It is very close to the beach and the walking street. Loads of restaurants around. Only thing is check in time before 6 pm if you are coming after 6pm. But still available to check in but will be charged a little.

Nothing much tbh

Location is excellent, right on beach. Very near Old town - few streets from main square. Very near escalators to get train to New town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a little old fashioned but very clean. Lovely balcony and sea view even though we didn't request one. It was a lovely bonus.
