Really spacious apartment and had everything we needed. The app to open the door is very helpful. All facilities shown for the main complex are exactly as shown apart from the bowling, which doesn't work (hasn't ever). The owner is very helpful, and the central location and plentiful cheap Ubers make it easy to get around. We rarely return to the same place, but we will definitely be back.

We found the pillows a little hard for our taste. There were also a lot of fruit flies around the complex, which came in as soon as you opened the door. Neither of these things detracted from our overall enjoyment of the apartment or complex, though.

Excellent, spacious, and clean apartment, with sea view, in a very quiet location. It was just a 7 minute walking distance to/from the old town. There is a small grocery store around the corner and Aldi/Lidl are just 5mins walk away. Our host, Paulo, was on hand if anything was needed. There was no need for anything, as all home comforts were readily available in the apartment. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend it to all prospective travellers. Super quiet area too.

The host was so nice to us. He gave us many restaurants recommandations, and good instructions. The apartment was great, big and the view was also pretty.

Lack of some utilities (not really a big deal since they provided many things with all the welcome gifts). And the balcony... we had some neighbors who talked quite loud, and it felt like they could just climb into our apartment's balcony easily

We loved our stay at BayView Albufeira. The apartment was clean and big enough for a family of four. Paulo was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed prior to our arrival. The pool was great and we were also able to use the bigger pool and facilities in the 4* hotel down the road. Old Town is a 5 minute walk and Aldi and Lidl are very close if you want to cook in the apartment.

Communication with Paulo from the minute of booking the apartment was brilliant. He was on hand to answer any questions I had and was extremely helpful. The apartment was perfect for our stay with everything we needed and very clean. The location was brilliant and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. There is a mini supermarket close by which I found very handy but just note it only accepts cash!

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The balcony had a lovely view of the sea.

Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable and the sofa bed was not really a double as one person had to sleep on the sofa and one on the pull out trundle part, however this did not ruin our stay here.

The apartment is lovely, really spacious, was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It overlooks both the sea and the pool and the view is fab. It’s located in the area of hotel algarve which consists of several apartment blocks with pools. You have access to all of these pools with your key card. The closest pool was our fav though with a swim up bar which was lovely. All residents were so friendly. Paulo was extremely helpful when we got there he allowed us to check in early and was straight back to us if we contacted him. Extremely good communication from host👍🏻.Shop also straight across the road so handy for grabbing groceries. Would highly recommend this apartment and if visiting again I would book it!

The only thing I could say is that although it’s so convenient and close to the old town it’s all downhill and it’s fine walking down but walking back up was tough in the heat. Taxis are extremely cheap though but just to be noted for those who may not be good with hilly walking

The apartment was lovely very clean plenty of clean towels and equipment. Paulo gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the property. He was very helpful with any queries. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was also lovely and quite at night and yet still very near the old town. We could walk down but usually got a taxi home for about five euros.

Very spacious apartment. Balcony with Pool view. Fully equipped Kitchen. Very clean. Great WiFi. Host was fantastic. Access to multiple Pool areas. Convenience Store immediately outside.

If I was pushed to find something negative, we found the bed to be a little uncomfortable (in comparison to our own back home). However I understand this is not something the owner can achieve - to have a bed that suits everyones preferences.

Really near old town centre but be aware it is up a hill. Not a problem for us but for someone with walking difficulties. Although it’s so close to town a taxi wouldn’t be much. Facilities are great. Quite a few outdoor pools and indoor pool with sauna steam room and cold plunge pool. Apartment was great lovely big balcony and everything you could need in the room l. Tea and coffee provided big fridge washing machine. Tv with Netflix and Amazon prime apps on there.
