Beautiful location and very clean facilities. Staff were very friendly from reception to the cleaners and the pool bar staff.Everything you need for a self catering holiday.Mix of families and young people with no noise issues.

Only 1 drawback and it was the wi-fi,didn't work from day 1 to day 7,now and then you would connect and it would be gone 5 mins later,it was fine for us adults but my 13 year old son was not impressed🤣.Overall,a very small complaint in what was a lovely stay and I would definitely book here again.

The staff were very helpful and interior of the hotel is beautiful - very bright and cheerful and the sea views from the balcony were amazing 🙂 Very clean and well kept. The pool bar was closed, but the reception is 24hr and we could buy water and drinks there if needed. You're not allowed to reserve sun loungers, which is great! The pool set up is very bright and spacious, with amazing views of the town and sea.

The noise. Sadly the hotel attracts a lot of hen and stag parties and the noise levels at the pool outside our window in the morning was rough, and the sound of high heels walking around was never ending 🙈 this isn't the end of the world if you're also there for the same reasons, but this is definitely not a family friendly venue - your kids would never get to sleep 🙈 the pool is also the coldest swimming pool I've ever been in 🥶

Location was amazing. Pool was nice. Older place, but well maintained. We were comfortable with our one night stay. Very close to old town. So we were able to party all night and felt safe to walk back to the hotel.

The room is a good size for a family with one kid, the bethroom is the same. What made difference during our stay was the blackout incident that took place in Portugal an Spain, which put all of us, guests, in a very hard position. The hotel staff, that didn’t know how to cope with it, a totaly our of control situation, made a great effort to calm us down and make sure that all of us would be protected, even whetear it took days to be solved. Thankfully the energy came back about 12 hours after. Thank you very much! Our family really appreciate all effort made for us!

Guests don’t comply with pool rules

Staff were friendly and helpful, we liked that we were met at reception eventhough we arrived at night. rooms clean with everything you would need, beds were comfortable. Pool was really nice and refreshing and no issue getting sun loungers. Little beach bar was being stocked for opening while we were there.would stay here again.

Few minor issues but all sorted next morning, when we arrived quite late at night we had issues getting into our room, we were sorted with another room for the night, it was a little inconvenient to have to switch room the next morning but we were advised that we needed to do so as room was booked for the rest of our stay, night 2 we tried to put air con on for a little while in our new room before bed, but it wouldn't work, night porter had a look but again it needed to be sorted the next morning, which it was. We were there just pre summer season end of may so I think these may have been issues that wouldn't arise further into the season.

We stayed in the apartments as a hen party group. The accommodation itself was ideal for our group, it was spacious and had beautiful views from the balcony. The block was quiet.

We met at reception to get our keys and we were told that our apartment was at a different site which is not something we were aware of prior to arrival. We had to walk down two flights of steps and up quite a steep hill to reach our apartment, thankfully we had no issue with this however others may not be able to. We only used the pool once and it was early in the evening, unfortunately we were disturbed by a local man who was very rude and insulting. He complained about noise that was causing his dog to bark. We felt this was unjustified we had only been in the pool around 10mins, weren’t particularly loud and it was around 5/6pm. Hotel staff were not particularly supportive when we spoke to them. We felt unable to use the facilities after this.

The room and beds were really nice and comfortable. The pool and surrounding area was very clean and tidy. Nice pool side fridge to buy cold drinks etc too which helped. Location was great and small shop around the corner too if needed. View from our top floor room was brilliant, right out to the sea.

They for sure need more sunbeds at the pool, as there was never enough for the amount of people looking to sit at the pool at any given day. That would be the only criticism I would have of the stay.

We had a lovely garden view. The apartment was very spacious. The walk down to the beach was straightforward and pleasant, just be mindful of the elevation to come back up to the hotel. The air-conditioning was divine after a hot day at the beach. The bathroom, shower especially was very spacious. They even have a little library to borrow books from. Parking was super simple right in front of the hotel.

We were on the ground floor and people were a little loud walking past the patio doors at night, but not terrible.

Location is perfect. Only a 6min walk into the main square. There are a lot of steps which does burn off any food & alcohol. The rooms & hotel was very clean & the staff were extremely helpful. Tip: If you use a taxi from the airport, they charge the ride per person, so 4 people will cost around €80. If you use Uber the charge is around €30 but the driver may not pick you up when they see there’s 4 people! I can honestly say, this hotel was perfect for us & would use them again.

Our apartment was beautiful,spotless clean and comfortable. . Kitchen was really well equipped, Beds and sofa bed were very comfortable . Staff were just lovely so friendly . The pool is a good size , with more than enough sun beds and parasols . There is a snack bar which does burgers ,toasties ,hotdogs and any beverage wanted . The hotel is around 300 meters from the main square via steps (40)ish We got taxi home €3:50
