We recently spent four fantastic days at the W Algarve Hotel, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts an impressive selection of restaurants, each offering delicious cuisine that left us thoroughly satisfied. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while attending to all our needs with utmost care. The rooms and overall hotel facilities were spacious and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Whether you prefer to socialize with others or relax in solitude, finding a suitable place to bask in the sun was never an issue. The hotel provides numerous seating options, allowing guests to choose between mingling with fellow vacationers or enjoying peaceful solitude. Additionally, the hotel's convenient access to the beach was a definite plus. Although the beach was easily reachable, the hotel's location also offered proximity to several other stunning beaches, providing guests with a variety of options to explore and enjoy the coastal beauty. Moreover, the hotel's pool was both expansive and inviting, providing a refreshing oasis for guests to cool off and unwind. Whether you wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply lounge by the poolside, the spacious pool area ensured ample space for relaxation. Overall, our experience at the W Algarve was truly unforgettable. With its exceptional restaurants, attentive staff, comfortable rooms, an abundance of seating options, easy beach access, and inviting pool, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable and memorable vacation.

The morning buffet is always the same will be nice if they're will be a station that changes a little bit from day to day. Other than that we had a Perfect experience.

Amazing hotel and exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to satisfy you. They even taught me how to get rid of terrible hiccups. The Italian restaurant is really good and you have to try their tiramisu, mama Mia! Maia was also adorable. The gentlemen at valet are also super! Loved it! Muito obrigado!

These are all slight comments, I really loved this place: - the breakfast staff is exceptional, but the price is a bit on the higher side; - in our room, there was no isolation between the bathroom and the main room: the window is even transparent. Personally, even if I were with miss Universe, I don't need to see and hear her brushing her teeth... My opinion :). - the buttons to control the curtains and lights are a bit complicated, and twice I found myself inadvertently turning all lights on, which did not please my sleeping friend. Again these are minor suggestions. Loved my stay at W

How modern it was. The wet facilities in the spa are good as is the gym & activities like hiit & Pilates. Breakfast area is great, room is big & the choice & quality are excellent.

The spa relaxation room isn’t good. The beds are so low down it’s like lying on the floor, it’s too bright & much too small not somewhere to go after a treatment. There is not enough restaurant choice for dinner. Market kitchen doesn’t open until Thursdays. Check in experience isn’t good only 1 desk looking after guests checking in which is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. I waited 10 mins & that was in October.

The hotel has a beautiful design, large rooms, bathrooms with a spacious walk in closets, harmoniously decorated and great size balconies. The valet parking staff was incredibly professional always so friendly, polite with a smile and very efficient. The hotel inside bar staff very nice also.

The reception staff are lost and so are the pool bar staff and the breakfast attendants. The check in is after 3pm. We arrived at 5pm and one of our rooms was not yet ready. We received the room at 7:30 pm. We did get a free lunch gift for the inconvenience, but honestly a hotel of this caliber should not have this unpleasant situation for the guests. We had lunch twice at the pool bar and one of the order was missing the key ingredient and the second time we had 1 hour waiting for the orders. The staff from reception, pool bar and breakfast area would need training and guidance to become competent professionals for this type of hotel

This hotel is really nice, spotless clean and extremely comfortable. The staff from the concierge to cleaning staff are on there game at all times and cannot do enough for you. The bars are well located and well staffed.

The food whilst we only ate at the Wet bar was somewhat limited and the Chicken Swarmama I ordered one day was under cooked and full of chicken skin, should be a bit more choice and on 2 occassions I ordered portions of chips (which were beatifull) and I was waiting over 20 mins and had to ask again.

Room was very nice and very spacious, loved the double sinks and extra wardrobe space. Big TV with quite a few English channels was a plus. A/c great too. Lovely power shower. The hotel facilities are great, ok pool and nice gym, a small hike down to the beach. Restaurants are amazing, both Paper Moon (with an amazing sunset view) and Market Kitchen serve some fantastic steaks etc. The breakfast at Market Kitchen is ok.

The lighting system in the room is very annoying. The location of the property is not great, there is nothing to do and you will have to take a Uber into town (only £10). And property does get a little boring in the evening, there is nothing to do but food/drink, but first week of Sept was probably the start of the low season.

New, modern, with good vibes. Room confort is superb. The room is huge, silent, with efficient AC, great bed, great cleanliness and comfort overall. The room balcony is a great place to relax. Really appreciated the outdoor heated jacuzzi which is rather big and nice to use in the winter times. Great temperature! Amazing gym. Nice bath amenities. Gardens are huge and perfectly cared.

For such a big new resort the main pool area feel as it could be bigger. In the summer months I m afraid it would be crowded...And free space is definitely there. Breakfast was uninspiring.. but again it was low season and low occupancy. Some design options feel cheap and already showing wear signs, but overall manageable, at least for now.

There wasn’t too many dislikes , apart from the pillows in the bedroom weren’t at all comfy. Also the services around the pool wasn’t great , you had to beg for food and drinks or go find a waiter , they need some sort of booking app to take your order and it goes straight on your room bill , and number your beds so they know who’s ordered what

Views from the 4th floor room over the ocean was fantastic. Breakfast at the market garden was great with the allacarte and buffet options. The heated outdoor jacuzzi pool was great despite the weather. The Paper Moon restaurant was excellent. The rooms were large with large living area and balcony with comfy sofa. Beds were huge queen size and very comfortable. Walk down to the beach through pine forest was nice. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful.

A few things were closed due to being out of season but was not a problem.

Beautiful property. Staff around the pool were excellent.

Check in and reception was awkward and slow. Only 2 desks and if you have to wait you are stood on a ramp. Drinks offered whilst waiting but not delivered. Oddly no footpath from the hotel to the street. Very weird. You have to walk out of the drive and go between the barriers. Spa is good but oldest time I’ve ever had a massage in a spa and they don’t take you to a relaxation area after and offer a water / herbal tea. Also when it’s windy the spa area is really cold as it’s open to the elements.
