From the moment you arrive you know this is not your standard hotel; with the warm welcome of a tea and biscuit (made fresh from the bakery they own). The hotel is very well finished and care has been taken to make the rooms welcoming and nice. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help you; from the reception lady helping me up the stairs with my bag to the lady in the bakery insisting I sit down and they serve me and ensuring I tried their home made bakery selection made fresh onsite.

Not a lot really - If I was being picky the bed could have been a little less firm but this is personal preference and did not impact my stay.

This hotel is excellent to stay a few nights if you want to visit a few of the beautiful beaches of the Costa Vicentina. It is a simple yet very clean and well maintained place. Staff is polite and professional and ready to help. The room was very clean, the beds where comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We strongly recommend this place for it's great price/value ratio.

Cozy clean, personal service from a welcoming staff. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Our host was warm, charming and very generous with a welcome gift and advice for a great local restaurant as well as directions to a secluded beach.

Parking was just outside on the front of the property so easy unloading and loading of luggage. The heating and A/C was easily controlled and were quiet so the room was temperature controlled and comfortable.

Very helpful staff. Clean room, everything worked well. The highlight was the breakfast. Wonderful choice with everything from fresh fruit, cereals, cooked breakfast, selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is under the same management as a highly successful bakery next door. WiFi worked well. Parking outside the hotel. Good location for coastal walk and travelling North-South along the coast south of Lisbon.

The owner was extremely expressive. A really fun lady. It was very nice of her to treat us to pastries from her bakery. The breakfast was amazing. Since the owner also has a bakery, the breakfast was truly exceptional. From natas to spinach pastries.

The room is small, so it's only suitable for one night. Not very clean.

I love this hotel so much that I drove to it to stay the night.... such a lovely place, and the lady who runs it is so lovely. I really recommend even if you don't stay here try the attached bakery as it is amazing and a lovely place to hang out and do some work

breakfast was good. Good enough for one day.Place was very clean. lovely large bed with good linen.

After arrivel we went to wash our hand. there was no hot water in the sink tap.There was no Bidet in the bath room. We had to wash in the shower.But there was no hot water in the shower. It was not very nice to wash with cold water. We thought they will put some hot water in the evening. We went out for dinner. Before going to bed we went fot shower.No hot water.No one at work in the hotel at that time.Every thing is locked and gone. Following morning I called one cleaning lady. She was very surprised that there is no HOT WATER. Owner came and gave me the key for the next room and we had a hot shower. NOT A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE.

Loves the little phrases on the walls and the details of the traditional Portuguese local decor. As Portuguese mayself, it was really nice to see. The breakfast on their own bakery was super yummi, and recommend the products there, fresh and super tasty. Location is very cute, the village is very nice, located near beautiful beaches.

Great breakfast - there's a bakery next door that is under the same management as the hotel and some of the pastery comes from there, those were amazing! Telma was a great host and gave us nice recommendations. We really had a good time :)

The beds could be bigger

The property was in good location, really nice local beaches. The breakfast was really good. The hotel it opposite to a bakery which meant freshly baked pastries every day!
