Our stay here was the ideal location to explore the West coast of the Algarve. We received a warm welcome from hosts Julio and Marta and felt right at home. The house has a cozy atmosphere and the views from the room and the breakfast area were stunning. The garden smelled of rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus. At night we could see so many stars and in the morning we woke up to the sound of so many different birds. The room was spacious and had all the facilities you could ask for incl. robes, slippers, … Breakfast was excellent and with a bit of variety every day. Our host also gave us great tips for places to visit and things to do in the region. We look forward to staying here again when returning to Aljezur!

What an incredible, special place this was! Absolutely stunning location, from the long drive up to the house to the pool area and surrounds. Everything was perfect, the room was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge watching the sunset with a cup of tea and a cookie from the free sweets bar. The hosts were so lovely and couldn't do more to make your stay extra special. Breakfast was exceptional, with so much thought and care into the preparation, with such a stunning setting looking out over the trees. 100% recommend a stay here to explore the countryside and local beaches. Oh and the lovely dogs were a bonus!

Marta and Julio have thought of every single detail to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We loved the beautiful setting of their home, tranquil and natural, with an easy atmosphere. The kindness of Julio and Marta went a long way to making us feel welcome and at home, and Julio’s recommendations ensured that we made the most of every day of our short break - thank you! This place is magical…Marta and Julio have created a gorgeous and tranquil place off the beaten path in the algarve. Their attention to detail, exceptional breakfast and kind and solicitous but unobtrusive hospitality made our stay very special. I think this is a place for a certain kind of traveller who wants peace, quiet and immersion in nature over being in a city. It is in the woods and you need a car. Alijezur is a five minute drive and it has decent restos, groceries etc. Coming from a big city, this place was the nature detox I needed! Wonderful!

The hill to the resort is steep; might be a bit freaky for people who are not used to driving in a situation like that. The pool could have been warmer.

It's just pure paradise. The setting is magical, the views gorgeous, the garden immaculate, the ambience is so quiet and peaceful and the cottages are all so private. Breakfast is to die for with every option you can think of. Marta's baking is unreal. Bed and pillows were soo comfy. This is my second stay at Herdade Quinta Natura and I hope not to leave it so long before I return again.

We stayed here three nights and had an absolutely lovely time! Martha & Julio & their lovely dogs are very kind and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed every day and can only recommend to stay here. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is very good and the whole area is just beautiful!! it is better to have a car but from there you are close to very beautiful and amazing places :)

Beautiful place set off the main road within spitting distance of all the beauty around Aljezur. Removed enough to be peaceful and unwind but close enough to everything should you need a hit. Beautiful room and reserved service meant it felt like we were staying in a private location. Felt like waking up in a rainforest every morning! They were also very kind for Angie on her birthday searching out candles for her morning cake 🎂 😁

Really nothing. A warmer pool would have been nice maybe but we were almost into December so what were we expecting?!

First, Marta and Julio are super kind and joyful hosts. Second, they have very cute dogs. Then, the breakfast was outstanding and the whole place is just beautiful and peaceful. The Pool is awesome and has lots of space with natural shade for all guests. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and bed was super cozy.

If you really want to find anything to criticize the bathroom had a slightly funny smell sometimes and for reaaaally noise sensitive people it might be a Problem you can hear the street- but I am usually and I did not mind at all. The main problem was we had to leave after four days!

What a lovely and peaceful place, with so much detail! Great garden with an amazing pool, breakfast can be served on your own private terrace which is lovely. The hosts are super nice! We truly loved our stay there! We would definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast was a bit monotone - a bit more variety would have been great. The pillows in the bed are ok but with feathers would have been perfect

The way the Herdade has been laid out, each room has its own privacy and wonderful views of the area. The owners were super friendly as were their dogs. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious each morning with a lot of food available, wonderful seating areas around the whole place and an honesty bar to enjoy and appreciate the setting. You feel like you are in the countryside but a very short distance to the main town and the surrounding area, maps and information books were available on the area as we did some hiking We also forgot our toothbrushes and again the owners stepped in with a wee travel bag and an additional bag for us to use whilst hiking.

They cannot change the road noise which we did hear although you are a way off the road, really the motorbikes I am not sure being a holiday weekend if it is like that all the time. In saying this we would still return as thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
