For such a large hotel/apartments the restaurant is a little lacking. The menu choices are fairly simple bar foods like burger and chips, pasta, sandwiches. Not really what I would call a proper meal. What I ordered tasted great though, just not much choice. I ate from the buffet dinner on the first day I dined there, however the food was not hot and had been sitting for a while, so I did not have the buffet again. One of the kitchen work surfaces in my apartment had not been properly cleaned, as there were ring marks from cups of tea/coffee. A minor detail in what was a very clean apartment.

The Receptionist on duty, Vivian, was pleasant, friendly and professional. Unfortunately we were not able to check-in early as requested - but that was never a guarantee anyway. The apartment had a very spacious living area and bedrooms that were on the small size. Very comfortable mattresses. The location is unbeatable for proximity to the Algarve Race Circuit, though it's about a 20 minute drive to anywhere else - supermarkets etc. Spacious balcony. A few tweaks and this could be top-notch. However, at the moment, I would say it hardly qualifies as 'five star.'

Nowhere to store toiletries in the bathroom - not so much as a shelf, cupboard, drawer or hook! No heating in the living room or the bathroom which made for a chilly experience in January. No dishwasher, nor anything provided to wash dishes by hand (you could request that housekeeping did this for you for an extra charge.) TV was quite old and we were never able to make it work.

Very spacious, well appointed apartment, has everything you could want really. Use of the hotel facilities is a real bonus, we enjoyed the spa and the restaurant. A real bonus was the free charging for my car! There is only 1 charging facility for the whole resort though!

As with all these places with tiles floors, people in surrounding apartments make a huge amount of noise dragging chairs etc. We had a birthday party going on but luckily it fizzled out quite early. The race track is a fair way from the A22 and you need to have a car if you are to get there and travel around.

The location to the race track was great for us - why we booked. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and well equipped and we had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel restaurant food was excellent quality and very good value and the staff brilliant.

The menu at the restaurant was a little limited. A vehicle to take you to the racetrack should be available, as their is no easy access to a taxi or bus, and despite the helpful poolside small shop, there was no other food shops nearby and should be mentioned in the advert as these are self catering apartments. A welcome parcel (even at an extra cost, would have been helpful - say some milk, coffee, orange juice and maybe cereal/ rice meals) just to tide you over until you got supplies.

We liked the location, especially if like us you are off roading and exploring the small towns and villages in the hills. The apartment was a nice size, comfortable and very well equipped. It was also very clean. There is ample underground and outside parking. Nice sized balcony.

The housekeeping kept turning up late afternoon around 1600-1700 when we’d been out since the early morning. The bathroom could benefit from a hanger or some hooks to hang up clothing whilst taking a shower.

Myself and my son came over for World Superbikes. Lovely big, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment. Fully kitted out with oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery. Had a washing machine & dishwasher. Excellent location for the circuit. I don't drive so we walked it. Took about 30 mins to the main paddock entrance. Fantastic staff all very friendly and helpful. There is a little mini market down near the pool at the apartments so we went and got a few bits from there to have for breakfast as my son is a fussy eater so wasn't keen on the hotel breakfast.

Big and confortable appartments. The pool areas, spa and gym are very good and well maintained and clean. Enough parking places (garage and outside) for the different type of vehicles.

The appartments are not cleaned every day, which is fine, but it was expected to be properly taken care once housekeeping was present, instead only changed the garbage bags and replace some towels. Bar and mini-market prices are really high, clearly taking advantage of being far from other external facilities. Mini market staff not really friendly or helpfull.

Facilities including pools and spa, serene and peaceful environment. Spacious apartment with large balcony. Responsive staff, cleaned and replenished bathroom stuff every other day. Ensuite room.

Double bed. Small tv for the size of the living room. Pods for dishwasher and washing machine not included.

Loved the modern apartment, with all necessities! The staff were also great and attentive to all concerns and responsive! The swimming pools were awesome! We will definitely stay there again!

The pillows were terrible,not even my kids could sleep on them! Lack of cleaniness, no dishsoap or sponge at least, also no tea or coffee sachets to at least buy at hotel as hotel is far out to get to supermarket. Didn't realize apartment is far out from beaches,restaurants & supermarket, but if you have a car its about 15-20min drive!

Its was better than we expected, the facilities are amazing, great value for money and the breakfast was good too.

Everything was perfect, one thing that put me off were the curtains in our apartment which had stains on them, really didnt like that. Aside from that everything was perfect. Location is relatively far from everything but also quiet which is good.
