I was a bit hesitant at first because of some reviews, but this place turned out to be amazing! It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The whole atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the view from the property is just beautiful. I especially enjoyed the pool – a lovely spot to unwind – and the convenient parking made everything easier. It's true that the location is a bit remote, but if you're traveling by car, it's a perfect base to explore the area. Would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi – the connection wasn’t stable and barely worked in the bedroom

Apartment was adequate for 4 adults, it was convenient to pool and cafe - all you would want for a budget holiday.

Communication with the vendor was poor. We were due to arrive at 12 midnight but were delayed due to airport control at Faro. I contacted the vendor when I realised this but got no response. We arrived at 1.30am to a locked reception and got no response from all phone numbers supplied. We had no choice but to sleep in the car. We discovered in the morning the vendor had sent a text to say the key was in a ‘plant’ at reception - too late for us! We got a verbal apology in the phone the next morning. No other efforts to reach out to us!

Very friendly staff, great value for money. Situated on one of the best places of Algarve, Alvor with great beaches and lots of restaurants with traditional Portuguese food and at night full of life in the city. A few minutes of A22 that takes you everywhere in this beautiful region of Portugal. Very clean, self-catering apartament with a full equiped kitchen, air conditioning, and everything was prepared with care and detail to provide us a great stay. The swimming pool is amazing and very well maintained. It's definitely a place to go back with the family again. Loved it. Thank you.

The apartment had a south west facing balcony with a very pleasant view and also a smaller balcony facing north east. The pool area and grounds were well kept and there was a bar/cafe which is also used by local people visiting the adjacent bowls club. (These people sometimes use the pool). There are good cafe's within walking distance including Sophie's which was our favourite. We found the washing machine in a cupboard on the rear balcony. Parts of the apartment are getting a bit tired and the air conditioning did not work in the lounge area. However the outlook and pleasant environment made up for this.

The location was great and the facilities for pets were exceptional. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Plenty of easy parking too.

It would have been good to have had a non-slip mat for the bath and handwash in the bathroom but overall it was fantastic value for money and I will be staying there again.

The spacious appartment, the bar/café by the pools with a large selection of drinks and food, the large pools, the beautiful plants, the quiet, the BBQ area, the fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful buildings, the location - shops, minigolf just around the corner. everything is wonderfully maintained. A special mention for the warm staff!

Everything. The pool was warm and clean. The apartment was clean with plenty of space and all the utensils you could need. The owner was so friendly and accommodating and the lady that worked in house and cleaning was so pleasant. Highly recommend this property

Not that I didn't like it as I only stayed one night but I think this property could benefit from an area that guests can cook from either private or communal

The stay was fantastic! Both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The pool bar is a great feature, especially for families with children, and there are separate pools for kids and adults. The apartment, which faces the pool and includes a terrace, was well-equipped and very comfortable. The location is also ideal, just a short drive to all the key spots in Alvor.

The pool had a nice temperature. I usually find hotel pools freezing - but this one was had a very pleasant temperature. The appartament was clean and spatious and it had most of the things we needed. It was good value for money when you are on a family holiday with a budget. Do not expect thrills, though.

The appartments are a bit tired, in need of a little tender, love and care.

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Nice big apartments with everything you need ( cooker,large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans) free WiFi , TV. Small bar/ food on site. Clean pools.

You are about 30 minutes walk to main town BUT you can get taxi (about 3/4 euros) less then 8 mins away
