Fantastic room with a view and huge balcony with sun loungers, really lovely food and excellent service from the restaurant staff and everyone else. Very accommodating. Beautiful area with plenty of trips to the caves of Algarve. Very peaceful.

It's the small things really, nothing that ruined our stay. Some parts of town not very clean but you get that anywhere. Evening entertainment could be a bit better but again we weren't too bothered. Quite an older crowd so our 14 year old was a bit bored but more kids came later on. Lovely pool. Maybe the snack bar could have a few more choices

We had a great family stay at the resort! First night we some issues with our room, it wasn’t the best but the next day we were able to switch room the rest of our stay was perfect! We had the breakfast and dinner plan, so glad we did! Food was amazing, great selection and different dinner options daily!! There were tons of programmings and kids club too but we mostly just enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool or the beach (only 5 min walk!). The kids bunk bed rooms were such a hit with our kids, very kids friendly resort overall, even a food station for kids at dinner with kids friendly options. Super awesome time for our family!

The dining room could be packed and some times a short wait for a table it goes by quick though. Sometimes ordering a drink could be difficult because the dining stuff was just so busy but overall great time

Great location close to beach and walking distance to all the lovely restaurants- breakfast was good plenty of choices - nice fresh fruit and lots of bread choices

Bedroom and bathrooms could be a bit bigger and bit more luxurious- can’t believe they don’t have modern hairdryer- having to hold finger on switch to operate was a pain

Had a great stay hotel was brilliant. Had everything we wanted from a hotel was very clean. Breakfast was amazing hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed.. location was perfect. Definitely recommend

Everything, the breakfast and the staff were the Hight point, the only concern was that sometimes I couldn't find a chair on the swimming pool , people "reserved" with towels and back later from their rooms, so to many towels with no one, I know that it is not hotel fault, it is just some unpolite people

I would rate this hotel 100 not just 10. I booked a room for my birthday and they gave me a free upgrade and a Vip treatment with a slice of cake and a bottle of wine. The girls at the reception were super friendly and helpful in any possible way. The room was spotless clean and the location walking distance from the center, a very nice beach and a hiking path. I am definitely coming back.

It’s a family hotel with a good sized pool .It has animation on a number of evenings .Its a short wa;k to the centre of the town where there’s a large selection of restaurants. It’s 400 m from a nice beach .its focus is for family holidays

Balls and floats were allowed in the pool which made it difficult to actually swim .

I was upgraded to a sea view room. Everything was perfect

TV was limited; only English language channels were newschannels. No German TV at all, although Deutsche Welle was supposed to be there and when I foundit it was'nt available. Reception said ZDF was there too but I could'nt find it. TV offering was'nt good.

Breakfast & the poolside restaurant were lovely. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony area. Great location.

My only slight criticisms are that there was no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom and there was no iron or pressing facilities available, unless you went for a full laundry service.

Location was good, near to the beach and a short walk to shops, bars etc. Breakfast was great with choice of cereals, breads, got food, fruit, pastries and yoghurt.
