Great location, loads of space, big apartment, football pitch for kids, great little cafe onsite. Proper kitchen facilities - full cooker, microwave, toaster kettle and coffee maker, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Very clean Helpful staff Walkable to three fabulous beaches and 6 or 7 really nice restaurants. Walkable to a large supermarket.

Steep stairs in the two bed properties in the Village, wouldn't be very safe for small kids or people with mobility issues. The apartments are a little bit tired/dated which I didn't mind at all as everything was clean, but might not be everybody's preference. Nothing to do with the apartment, but the beaches in Porches require a walk down steep paths or steps, not easy for people with limited mobility.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walking from the nearest beach. It's very clean, inside Quinta Das Figueirinhas as well as the village. The staff is very friendly and very honest. The cleaning of the bathroom, changing of the towels and bedroom is excellent! For the amount we paid you get exceptional value for money!

The kitchen is a bit dated but sufficient enough to cook your meals. Another small issue is that since the building is made of concrete the noise created by moving a chair can be noticeable by the neighbors.

The apartment was really spacious and clean. The pool was again clean and nice, not over populated. A nice thing was that there were a free shuttle service to the town center where you can eat to different nice location and buy extra food from Lidl. Nice beach closer to location like in a7-10 min walk or you can use the Shuttle to the town center and have a wonderful walk back to the resort with wondaful see side views. Also we had a wonderful walk to the Bengal cave. I would also like to add that the Ac was really in good working conditions and help a loot in our stay. Another wonderful thing was that they had a band playing Wednesday nigh so we had a nice free retro live band that we can enjoy from the private balcony at a beer lack. Also a fully fitted kitchen with coffee filter machine, microwave, toaster and enough dishes for a week stay of 4 people. Overall just a wonderful stay for the price.

I would say the the flooring will need some refurbishments, we had some cracked/ loose tiles in the living room but it did not bother us at all, Also the kitchen appliances were a bit old but everything was clean and fit for purpose, so again for the price we pay it was really good, clean, and well fitted.

We have came here for 4 days in the month of March. The check in was smooth, though we have checked in bit late 10:30 pm . We liked the apartment, it was spacious with balcony and sea view. Everything was there in the kitchen as needed. We loved our stay it was so peaceful may be because we have travelled in March. There is a restaurant but it was not open . The beaches are nearby , you can go by walk. Or by car also you can go there is a parking very near to the beach. The supermarket is very near by. So the location is absolutely perfect for us. We loved to stay here, definitely recommend it.

Only dishwashing liquid was not there.

Really clean and maids come in the week days to make the beds, supply fresh towels and sweep the floor. We had the best 11 nights with our 4 children here last week. Basic but clean and accommodating apartment with a washing machine and cooking utensils. 4 pools to choose from and two play areas not even a minute walk from our apartment. The staff were so friendly, they went out of their way to help and were so friendly with both us and the kids making the atmosphere great and relaxing. A free bus down into town was very worthwhile and a short 10 minute walk to the beach that was absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning to Quintas!

It was great.

The facilities were great. First time we've had to use the aircon to cool us during a winter break. Wi-Fi was exceptional and it was great to have a few UK channels on the TV. Lovely clean pool with loads of comfortable sun loungers. A short walk to several beaches. Also close to a well stocked Intermarche (10 min walk). The area was quiet but a pleasant 10 min walk to a variety of pubs and restaurants. We also walked to Armacao De Pera beach , busier beach and the walk only took 30 mins. This beach was busy at the town end but plenty of space if you walked further towards Gale. Lots of lovely little cafe to have an inexpensive coffee and pastry or a quick toastie.

Nothing. Everything was as anticipated, exceeded expectations. We couldn't comment on the staff as after check-in we didn't interact with them. Cleaning was completed while we were out.

The complex felt very safe. The garden was well maintained and there was lots of green open space for my children to play. The pool was great, no drama with sun beds. I absolutely loved our stay here it was much better than I expected. Snack bar on site sold Great coffee and cakes and had a full menu for lunch and evening meals/ drinks. Free bus into local bus was nice touch. Location is great. 15 min walk to the beach and few cafes restaurants nearby. I plan to return and bring my friends! Perfect place for Families and great price Too.

The pull out bed in the lounge was a bit uncomfortable it pulled out to two singles but apart from that it was great. You have to provide your own washing up Liquid and sponges.

Very pleasant and value for money. The villas and apartments are advertised as 3 star and the rooms are basic with some need of refurbishment but to be fair I think its value for money. All the staff where friendly and the facilities such as pool and gardens where all clean and well maintained. also the rooms where cleaned and beds made up every other day which was appriciated.

I had stated I was a couple and ended up with a room with twin beds. Restaurant was closed but we did stay out of season. Kitchen had no cooker but we did have an induction hob and microwave so it was ok for a week.

We were welcomed back, after 5 years. Receptionist friendly, & took us to our apartment. We were grateful, as we were tired & it was dark. We have wintered here before, & its perfect for seeing the Algarve, with a car. Courtesy bus is a bonus, too. Takes you in to Armacao De Pere. Pool too cold for us to use, but very clean. We look forward to going again, next year. Apartment cleaned 3 times a week. Thank you to the Owners.

This was the second time we had stayed here. We again had a wonderfully peaceful relaxing holiday. We swam in the pool at Quintinha village. The pool was very clean (and not too cold!) We loved going up on the roof to see the sunsets. There is an Intermarche supermarket within walking distance and there are some nice restaurants a few minutes' walk away. We swam at both beaches at either side of La Senora da Rocha chapel.
