We had an excellent stay and everything was perfect. A special thanks to the owner and staff who are very customer oriented. They helped with every request we had and they are very detailed oriented. They accommodated our very early check out with breakfast in the room. The breakfast was varied, fresh fruit every day and different arrangements of bread, cheese, local marmalade and juices. Very good coffee. Also, coffee, tea, beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks are available 24/7 and the price is more than fair. The room was comfortable, excellent bed and enough pillows to please any taste. Very clean and spacious bathroom. The quinta itself is very clean and gives a homey feeling. There are few rooms in the quinta which makes it not crowded and quiet. The pool was heated and just the perfect size. Cozy sunbeds are available around the pool. Very quiet location, and yes, a car is needed to go out to eat and visit. For us it was just perfect and relaxing, and will definitely come back. We found it perfect for a long stay (8 nights).

The hotel is a countryside villa, close (4km, a car is required) to the Algarve's main picturesque beaches and cliffs. The rooms and bathrooms are large, beds are comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of bread, hot dishes, cheese, fruits, drinks, etc. Great coffee! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They immediately organized a few vegan options when asked. Around the main house, there are several seats and tables where guests can talk or play games. Quite a few restaurants with good food within a 10km distance, including vegetarian ones.

Everything was fine. The pool is a bit small for swimming, but this is to be expected.

The property was very very clean. The location is fine but a car is a must. It is 10-15 minutes away by car to the restaurants at Carvoeiro center. Also quite accessible to many beaches close by. Good to keep in mind that the road can be a little bit dangerous to drive in the evening. During our holiday the weather was not that good for a few days but the pool was heated so we could still enjoy it. Breakfast is simple but very delicious. We really enjoyed staying here with my partner. Calm and peaceful in the middle of nature.

Bed was a little bit hard.

Beautiful facilities, nice rooms, very unique, very good breakfast, pool was lovely and not too cold. Anna was wonderful and very helpful! She even gave us hot bread when we left because we had to leave before breakfast was served.

AC in one of the rooms did not work. Some of our party found the beds uncomfortable. We also thought that at least water bottles and some snacks should’ve been free.

The staff was lovely. I was impressed with the included breakfast- it was basic but we made little breakfast sandwiches with scrambled eggs, cheese and prosciutto and had yogurt with a nice variety of fresh fruit; it was far better than just the continental breakfast that is typically given back home. The room was a good size and having the whole terrace to ourselves with that fantastic view was incredible. We were so impressed and very happy with our stay.

Nothing.

We stayed here for 6 days in March. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with different options every day. Since the hotel lies on a hill, it is very quiet and you have a very nice view from there.

Since it was still a bit cold in March, the floor was very cold despite the heaters.

The pool looks amazing and spotless! Plenty of room as there are loungers everywhere. We did not use do to weather- The breakfast was fantastic! A spread to delight anyone, and coffee/espresso/whatever you want! Our room was serviced every day, and everything was clean and very comfortable. Zero complaints about this B&B!!!

This is not a complaint, but be aware you need to drive to get anywhere- this is not a place to go without a vehicle. The beaches nearby are spectacular, and we had an amazing Italian meal right down the street!!

Fantastic place to stay in Carvoeiro! They call it a guesthouse, but it's more comfortable than most hotels. Breakfast is impressive for such a small guesthouse & the pool area is a great place to relax after a day out seeing the local sights. Definitely stay here again anytime I return to the Algarve region in Portugal.

Our room (no.4) was ideal, spacious with a large balcony area including sun beds, table and chairs, which also had it’s own steps down to the pool area. A large walk-in shower was great. Snacks were available to purchase near the breakfast terrace, including water and other beverages.

Breakfast was nice with some choice, but not particularly varied over a week. It would be nice to access the room via the door in balcony area with a key, but this wasn’t an issue for us.
