Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Very clean, very nice helpful staff.

Wasn’t pre warned about the hills and steps down to the beaches. Travelling with small children and prams was very difficult. Also to say Faro Airpory had no lifts again when travelling with small children and bags this was very bad.

We had a great stay at Ukino Palmeiras Village – 24h All Inclusive. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with all areas—from the rooms to the poolside—well-maintained and spotless. The buffet was rich and varied, offering plenty of options for every meal, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. One of the highlights was the 24-hour snack bar, which was super convenient, especially for late-night cravings or a quick bite between meals. If you're looking for high-end alcoholic drinks, you might be a bit underwhelmed—the selection is basic and not particularly strong in terms of quality—but this didn't take away much from the overall experience. Overall, it's a solid all-inclusive option with great food, cleanliness, and service.

We had a lovely swift check-in on the morning we arrived. Hotel is lovely and they had love theme as the week finished out for St Valentine's week. We had a ramble around getting our footing in the hotel then went for lunch. Room is very nice that we stayed in. Spacious enough however to have maybe a small 2 seater in it. We upgraded our drinks package with Helenas help and with a note of advice that due to the ongoing refurbishments and the off season some aspects of the upgrade were not available. We understood and pressed on. Throughout the week, we met Sub - Chefe Ana, Diana, Yapushna(sorry for the misspelling) Junior, Hermenal and any more. Filipa is a great Client Relations Manager and we spoke in the hotel about the stay the hotel and the people who work there. The food was lovely fresh and hot. Missed the ol ribs off the menu though 🥲 2 negatives I would have to say about the Hotel. The first is that there's no mention to the mobility impaired as they might find the area difficult Sadly the second one is the entertainment team. Yhey had a programme and on 2 occasions we waited with intention to take part in the games. We managed to get to take part in 1 game poolside. It was literally to guess how many rooms are in the hotel. The evenings there was kids disco and then a quiz. No live shows or anything of that nature. I have travelled to a lot of hotels in my time but I honestly felt this was the poorest showing of an entertainment team I have come across in an all inclusive hotel. We did see them around the hotel and poolside and then they did Houdini. They didn't come around to ask guests to take part in any of the activities. So this part was my disappointment.

Very clean and well taken care facilities and room. Everything you may need is available! Animation for kids and adults was super! Amazing. The best I have seen in Algarve so far! The entertainment team is multiskilled day/night, in sports, arts, music, and games, and very competent with kids as well. Big compliment to the E. team! Food and drinks are quite good and varied, with thematic dinners and many options, and fresh drinks at the bars. Taste could be sometimes sharper/better adjusted, but generally fine. Gluten intolerance: well handled, staff was generally willing to help and aware of it. No problem during all stay. Advice: just avoid options which may have cross-contamination in the buffets.

The crowds. The main building buffet/breakfast area was unbearable to us. Not really with queues, and in honesty the staff did their best to clean and replace food fast, well done!! But overall was extremely noisy and crowded . Too many tables, too much people in one big room. Not relaxing. (maybe open another 3rd area, to reduce overcrowding in one big room only?). The buffet area in the detached building, with open terrace, was already better... and again, in crowded days, it is difficult to find a free shadow place in the gardens (more umbrella's?) and is quite noisy everywhere. (this might be very different out of the high season July/August...)

I have never been to an all-inclusive hotel that is as clean as Ukino Palmeiras Village. Even during rush hour at different meal times, the staff is incredibly efficient; I was astonished. Things can get messy with families and kids, but they definitely make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. The animation team/entertainment is pretty good too. We liked the fact that there's a different theme for dinner every day.

The only thing I would point out is that the rooms are not very well insulated. I would wake up every now and then with someone talking in the corridor or bumping into the door. But aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay. I would recommend it and hopefully come back with my family.

We stayed in the hotel in June, 2025. That was not our first visit in Algarve and I could state that up to now that is the best experience. We really enjoyed: rooms were clean and big enough to accommodate all of us (2 adults and 2 kids), pool and other facilities were clean and the food was truly exceptional.

Staff members at the reception could have been a bit friendlier. They behave like we were supposed to know everything about the hotel and its rules which, obviously, was not true. Nothing rude or even abusing, but normally expects a bit more hospitality.

Pretty much everything. Super clean and well maintained/organised. Great staff everywhere. Entertainment ok. Seen better but seen a lot worse. Pool temp fine on days where there was enough sun. (26 degrees or thereabouts). Food good, occasionally missed the spot and occasionally fabulous - a tendency towards playing safe. E.g Asian night fish with ginger, hard to discern ginger. Brazilian and Mexican stood out for best flavours overall although some other individual dishes very good. Although all inclusive is not normally our thing, For a family holiday would be happy to return.

Friendly and helpful staff Clean, comfortable rooms with a balcony. Twin sinks! Great selection of food. There's something for everyone. Huge range of fresh fruit and salads. Easy check in and out. Great little shop in the hotel, a little expensive but convenient. Variety of cocktails, one type of beer & cider both nice. Beer, Red, white & Róse wine on tap in the restaurants, self service. Cider only available at the pool bar. 40 minutes from Faro airport. Private taxi was €44 on Booking.com each way for 3 passengers. 20 minutes to the old town. Uber was between €10-€12. Couldn't fault anything. Will definitely return!

Very clean and beautiful room, excellent food.

We chose this hotel only because of the water slides. The child is 7.5 years old and 120 cm tall, measured both at home, at the pediatrician's and on the same day when visiting another water park. On site, the child was only allowed on one slide, because the measurement chart on the wall showed that it was a few centimeters short of 120 centimeters. The child was very disappointed and offended, it was difficult to explain to him why some tall 4-year-olds who are taller than 120 cm can go, but he, who is simply short, cannot.

The hotel was very clean The staff were lovely very polite and helpful. The kids club staff were very friendly and my children asked to go which they never do so that was nice. Pool area great for the children The food and the choice was amazing. I definitely over indulged. The evening entertainment was generally very good but 2200 is late for young children to wait up for the show..

The onsite shop staff were not very helpful and mostly on there phone when you where trying to purchase anything or ask a question. It was overpriced and better to go into the town The animation team were always busy but spent alot of time looking after fremch/Portuguese guests as far as games/ activities when we asked about it we never really got.an answer as it would have been nice to take part
