Beautiful property! We stayed in the apartment adjacent to the property which was really more like a townhome with two levels and private entry. It was very spacious with a wonderful rooftop patio with two day beds. We finally made it to the health club on the last day of our trip and wish we would have made it there sooner. The indoor pool has a swim through to an outdoor pool with a patio and lounge chairs that were not very busy. The sauna, steam room, cold plunge and freezer room were great! All in all, great service all around, wonderful amenities and a fantastic property!

We wished the pools, spa, gym, and Cafe Bica (the coffee/ice cream shop) had extended opening hours. It would be nice to grab a fancy coffee and pastry at Cafe Bica as early as 6 or 7 am when breakfast does not open until 7:30. We had an early kayak outing and needed to leave by 7:00 and Cafe Bica did not open until 10 and they closed at 6pm. Although, I am sure if we asked we could have arranged for pastries early as the staff try to accommodate any request. Also, it would have been nice if the spa and pool and gym were open until late, maybe 10 pm which would have worked well with our schedule since we had traveled across time zones. Overall we loved the facilities and wished we could have spent more time using them!

Cleanliness and the staff'' terrific. Breakfast the best. Adega.. bad dark and dingy, unwlcoming 50 min wait for first simple food. Giardino, bad.food sent back, cold. Bela Vita, very good, Whale, very good.. Japanese excellent, Atlantico, superb.

I originally booked the rooftop terrace, but I am 92, and my wife is 85. I should have been told of stairs !, but a change was made. We booked car from airport. 38 Euros (though you). For return journey through hotel, they asked taxi or Exec car, we chose taxi, the car was small, not an exec, but we were charged 106 Euros !

I don't know where to begin... Right from check-in, the staff were so accommodating, obliging and helpful. Our every request was accommodated. Above all, being our wedding Anniversary, they kept the Wine Cellar restaurant open only for Us,. Apparently, it was closed for the day. This is something which will go down memory lane and will gravitate us to Vila Vita again! I wish to take this opportunity to Thank each and every staff member personally, for making our stay and wedding anniversary one for the records! Highly recommend Vila Vita Parc.. Looking forward to returning! Thanks once again!🙏

Cannot think of anything!

The hotel went out of its way to create an extremely memorable experience for me and my mom who celebrated her 70th birthday there. So much attention to any detail was given, no wish that couldn't be met, always with a smile from the very competent and helpful staff. Room is spacious and exceptionnally clean, fresh water, fruits and chocolates every day, breakfast quality and choice is amazing, and all the property's restaurants are delicious, with a special note for the 2 Michelin starred Ocean.

Absolutely nothing we didn't like. We hope to be back soon.

The site is exceptional. The vegetation is beautiful and the facilities are very nice. There is a large choice of restaurants and the breakfast had a lot of options. The beach accessible from the resort is beautiful and the one accessible with the shuttle is very nice for families with a nice sandy beach and great choices of restaurants. The free mini golf is also a nice features for families. The complex has a lot options for sports (Padel, Pickle ball, Golf simulator, tennis, football,...)

The prices of the restaurants were fairly high probably motivated by being located in a 5 star hotel. It did not always meet the standard of the prices. If you arrive late at the beach club (accessible by the hotel shuttle) it is harder to get a spot as the available spaces for hotel guests are limited. Our room was far from most of the main buildings and we needed to call for a buggy most of the time (we had a small child with us).

This is our first time staying in a resort. The experience was wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice environment with an awareness of the nature - we had a small bird nest in the bushes outside our room! The variety of food at the breakfast is superb. Their bakery is of high quality. Our baby had a great time too - which is a big plus for parents.

Nothing. We are happy with everything during our stay. The only thing is that with a baby the options for restaurant are a bit limited (as most restaurants in the resort welcome only kids from 6 or 12 years old), but this is ok with us as the restaurants we went to were fantastic.

I'm not sure where any of the negative reviews came from, but if you're looking for a place to stay in the Algarve, Vila Vita Parc is where it's at. A few reasons in my opinion: 1) It's a family-friendly resort, but not overwhelmingly family-filled. There are sections of the resort that are geared towards kids but also areas embedded within the resort for adults only. You could easily go without kids and feel like you're able to enjoy yourselves in peace. We took our 10 month old and found not to be bothering those without kids, while if we had chose, we could have hired a staff babysitter and have alone, adult time at the resort 2) They went above and beyond in situations, where you feel the five star treatment. I inquired early requesting a crib and when I went into the room for the first time, there was a changing table, a baby bath tub, a bottle warmer and a gift bag with sand toys for my son, all in addition to the crib. I thought that was a special touch and something I didn't see throughout the rest of my travels in Portugal. We also had a large room to accommodate all of these extras, which was helpful in not making it feel cramped 3) The restaurants were great, considering we couldn't go to many of them with our son (there were age restrictions, per my note above regarding adults only sections). I didn't go to Ocean, but I heard it was quite filling and a 3 hour experience. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've had, well worth whatever the cost was. You could enjoy the buffet or order from the a la carte menu, which was phenomenal. 4) The staff - truly everyone on staff was extremely well-trained and very professional. It felt like we were staying at The Ritz or Four Seasons. I was very impressed with the overall guest service all throughout our stay. Everyone loved our son and was super friendly with him, even if he was messy at dinner!

The only issue we had was the seaweed which has nothing to do with the resort itself. They did a lot in fact to keep the beach clean, raking the seaweed.

Facilities, service and the fact that it was not too busy. Felt very relaxing to be there. Special touches like bubbles and sweets/fruit in the room.

Sometimes staff were a bit slow. We asked for an iron and ironing board which didn’t arrive. Often the phone for reception/guest services was engaged so we couldn’t get through. Our key card didn’t work a few times for the outside door so had to go to reception. Shampoo etc ran out and we had to chase to get refills.

Unfortunately, while I was there with 3 of adult children, I was sick and required to have a doctor visit me in my room. I was unable to engage in some of the activities. My two daughters participated in several activities over the 5 days. I'm sure they will provide you with the details. My daughters and I returned home to Ireland yesterday and my son is on his way home to Germany just now.

This is by far the most beautiful, relaxing and hospitable resort we have ever stayed at. Every bit of food and drink we ordered was a 10/10 in artful presentation and delicious taste. We loved all of the pools, the dreamy beach and beautiful grounds. The staff was absolutely lovely - we especially want to thank Osvaldo for the incredible hospitality, kindness, and pool side service. This was our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond with a welcome surprise in our room when we arrived - rose petals on the bed, champagne and a tart. WHAT a dream of a place!
