This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, it's a very modern clean hotel, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. It's value for money (we stayed out of season so can't comment on high season rates). The location is great for shops, restaurants, and of course the beach, all within 5mins walk.

This time there were lots of goups of young people who liked to party late into the night, one night it was full on until 4AM. 2nd night people jumped into pool at 1pm. There are 2 x small lifts and when there are large goups of people all returning from their volleyball games the queues for the lift can be quite lengthy and takes a while. Guess that comes with the territory. During our 1st stay last October we didn't experience much noise at night time at all and we were lucky to have a room on the ground floor so didn't experience the lift problems at busy times.

The pictures don’t do it justice!!! Gorgeous pools (adult and children’s soaker pool), bar, play room with pool, air hockey etc, on site spa and unbelievably accommodating and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and clean towels were provided daily!!! It is about an 8 min walk to the beach. We will most definitely be returning!

Needs more kitchen equipment. Only 3 small glasses. Not enough cooking equipment for self catering. Lights kept going off. As in dodgy electrics. Faulty switch on bedside light. Standard lamp stopped working after 2 days. Bedroom light only worked intermittently after first few days.No lights in corridor therefore dark when entering apartment. No bar area open. Closing apartments on day we left so although our flight was in the evening we had to take our cases to another hotel to save. Sun beds etc taken away the day before we left. Water in the shower went cool before two people had finished showering.

We loved the facilities, the location, and the cleanliness. The beds and bedding were of high standards. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is 2min walk from the beach and restaurants.

It is not soundproof. Our apartment overlooked a busy street and a block of other apartments. The noise kept us awake. Book an apartment overlooking the pool if you can.

Bar is neglected. They don't even have enough glasses. I've got served wine in a gin glass. Food is very basic. Staff are nice. Looks like management doesn't care about the bar. Is a pity because the pools are great and we'll maintained. Not even a bit of music during the day.

Nice apartment. Enough space for 4 people. Good pressure on the shower. Great balcony with only two chairs though. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops, 5-10 min. Great pool area, enough sunchairs for all. Public parking next to the hotel. We didn’t have problems finding parking, but all space is full in the evening. So I can imagine parking trouble during the high season.

Hard beds. Fitness facilities are limited, the pictures from the hotel shows exactly what is there. Open hours from 10am-6pm, 3 euros to enter. The thing is, that they close the fitness facility, when they have sold a private class, which they had a lot, when we were visiting. Let’s say you come right after they opened, which we did 2/3 of the days we visited. Oh sorry, private class, come back at 13.30. You come back, and again, oh sorry another private class. So if you want to be sure of a fitness facility, don’t choose this hotel,

Great location close to beach

lovely building and reception area. Rooms are great , quiet corridors, plenty of duvets and blankets for cool evenings, cleaning staff wonderful, we asked not be on the roadside(as noisy on previous visit )that was facilitated. parking facilities good.

Pool freezing, no atmosphere around it (bit of music) pool bar food very limited would love to see a better selection salads, grill food. Spa could put information leaflet and prices in room. it would be nice if there was a few sachets of coffee, tea and milk in room to get you started.

The outdoor space (pool, snack bar, lounge chairs) as well as the lobby, spa and game room were sparkling clean and very inviting. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the sunsets from our balcony. Easy walk to the beach (praia da Rocha) and restaurants. The old part of town was a little further but still walkable.

The living space was very clean but almost too large and empty to feel inviting. (I'm being picky). We were just above the lobby doors which were automatic and noisy from our room. The balcony was very tiny but the sunset made up for the size.

Loved the decor. The pool was nice and cocktails €6. Was a cute little games bit as well with air hockey and a pool table.The apartment bigger than expected and lots of kitchen utensils to cook with. There’s shops not far from and you can order food from Uber eats - Taco Bell , McDonald’s , KFC ect. The cleaners were lovely - they don’t speak much English but they were amazing and attentive if you slept in they would come back in the afternoon and restock towels and toilet rolls every day.

There was 2 power cuts in the week I stayed- May have been more but I was out most days. This was annoying cause the lifts don’t work so on the day I left I woke up at 4am and struggled to pack my remaining stuff in the dark and go down seven flights of stairs with suitcases. The guy at the desk apologised and said it was the same in other hotels but I could see lights on in a few opposite which confused me and felt like he lacked a bit of empathy.
