We had a lovely swift check-in on the morning we arrived. Hotel is lovely and they had love theme as the week finished out for St Valentine's week. We had a ramble around getting our footing in the hotel then went for lunch. Room is very nice that we stayed in. Spacious enough however to have maybe a small 2 seater in it. We upgraded our drinks package with Helenas help and with a note of advice that due to the ongoing refurbishments and the off season some aspects of the upgrade were not available. We understood and pressed on. Throughout the week, we met Sub - Chefe Ana, Diana, Yapushna(sorry for the misspelling) Junior, Hermenal and any more. Filipa is a great Client Relations Manager and we spoke in the hotel about the stay the hotel and the people who work there. The food was lovely fresh and hot. Missed the ol ribs off the menu though 🥲 2 negatives I would have to say about the Hotel. The first is that there's no mention to the mobility impaired as they might find the area difficult Sadly the second one is the entertainment team. Yhey had a programme and on 2 occasions we waited with intention to take part in the games. We managed to get to take part in 1 game poolside. It was literally to guess how many rooms are in the hotel. The evenings there was kids disco and then a quiz. No live shows or anything of that nature. I have travelled to a lot of hotels in my time but I honestly felt this was the poorest showing of an entertainment team I have come across in an all inclusive hotel. We did see them around the hotel and poolside and then they did Houdini. They didn't come around to ask guests to take part in any of the activities. So this part was my disappointment.

Friendly and helpful staff Clean, comfortable rooms with a balcony. Twin sinks! Great selection of food. There's something for everyone. Huge range of fresh fruit and salads. Easy check in and out. Great little shop in the hotel, a little expensive but convenient. Variety of cocktails, one type of beer & cider both nice. Beer, Red, white & Róse wine on tap in the restaurants, self service. Cider only available at the pool bar. 40 minutes from Faro airport. Private taxi was €44 on Booking.com each way for 3 passengers. 20 minutes to the old town. Uber was between €10-€12. Couldn't fault anything. Will definitely return!

The hotel was very clean The staff were lovely very polite and helpful. The kids club staff were very friendly and my children asked to go which they never do so that was nice. Pool area great for the children The food and the choice was amazing. I definitely over indulged. The evening entertainment was generally very good but 2200 is late for young children to wait up for the show..

The onsite shop staff were not very helpful and mostly on there phone when you where trying to purchase anything or ask a question. It was overpriced and better to go into the town The animation team were always busy but spent alot of time looking after fremch/Portuguese guests as far as games/ activities when we asked about it we never really got.an answer as it would have been nice to take part

The food was good entertainment good then it disappeared to different location we did not know where it was as signs very bad. Didt know where gym was very hard to find places.

Changing location for restaurant very badly marked signs were bad. Restaurant on second floor you come out to the landing and you meet two brown emergency doors not sure to open them. We met a old lady very upset looking for restaurant when I pulled the door open I said this what your looking for she just smiled.

Pools were great, view was amazing, cakes were fantastic. Cocktails also very yummy. Activities for kids were awesome. We all loved the magic show, very entertaining. Our son 9 y.o. enjoyed pedal gocards and high rope activity and all the slides in the pools. Also our son enjoyed kids club. Finally, the staff was very helpful and friendly making the stay super relaxed.

The food was hit and miss. There were days with amazing food and days were the food was not yummy. Our choices also limited due to our gluten-free diet (celiac). However, kitchen stuff always found some gluten free bread for us. It s difficult but it would be great to give ingredients next to the food to make sure no one who is celiac eats gluten for example.

The food was very good. The pools were great. The entertainment was very good. Kids club was great

The high stool chairs in the theatre were very uncomfortable. The games in the arcade area were not working properly and took kids money. There should be more areas for kids to get in out of the sun. The kids disco is on 4th floor not over in the theatre and it’s set up with games such as bouncing castle and go kart which are all extra to pay for and it is cash only, this is not ideal for every night to bring kids when you just want to do the disco.

It's a enormous hotel with everything inside! The room's are spacious and clean, they have a good variety of food during the meals, there's pools (one with slides for the kids to play), there's all kind of activities during all day that everyone can experience for free. The hotel have sport field, gym, CrossFit and much more. The closest beach is 3 minutos from the hotel (Nossa senhora da rocha beach), there's others beach close but be prepared for a lot of stairs. There's some small stores with the basics in case of need. They provide in the begining of the stay a free bottle of water that can be refill for free in some hotel spaces. In the night there's a bar were you can have something to drink while appreciating piano, there's also others bares with different kind of entertainment. A really good experience! To repeat for sure!

The property is huge, two pools, great all day entertainment and polite, hardworking staff. Great if you have kids of any age as there’s plenty to do.

There’s no iron in the room, there’s also no iron to borrow from reception, the only way to get anything ironed is to put a request in to the laundry team. However, they need 48 hours notice for anything. This is absolutely bonkers. If you’re staying for a few days, basically nothing you want to wear can be ironed. Also, you have to pay for the privilege. Again, absolutely bonkers. A 4* hotel that doesn’t have ironing facilities isn’t a 4* hotel in my eyes.

absolutely loved the hotel , the staff were so friendly and nice. hotel itself was so clean. the rooms are so comfortable and clean. pool areas so big and enough sun lounges for everyone. the evening entertainment was superb. the slides in the second pool was so much fun. food was so tasty and plenty choice. the area itself is lovely with a short walk to a beach that's so nice. this is our second visit and 100% will be back.

Excellent location, very clean and beautiful surroundings. We were greeted by the lovely reception staff. Clean room with comfortable beds. Hotel is five minutes walk to the beach. We went all inclusive and loved the variety of food served. The restaurant staff are exceptional, and hard working. We loved the food and compliments go to the chefs! I must say that the staff member Samsu is brilliant, he always had a big friendly smile and l enjoyed chatting to him. Samsu you are great! 😊
