The booking didn't include breakfast. But the location is at a very good location where there are restaurants, cafés and many more food stalls. Very good. The sea view was very therapeutic to my mental health.

Nothing could have better. I am very happy with everything and the staff especially the Manager who I always phoned whenever I needed to get anything. He was very polite and well spoken.

Everything was perfect! The apartment was spacious, it had all the amenities and it's close to the beach and restaurants. It receives a lot of light during the day and it has a small balcony where you can seat and enjoy the view. The staff is also great, really nice and helpful! I stay here every year and I really enjoy booking with Apartamentos Belo Horizonte!

Location was perfect, especially if you are a beach lover and like all the restaurants and night life to be on your doorstep, all we had to do was go on the balcony and fell part of it, instead of actually going out ourselves. As soon as you open the patio you could see the staircase to the beach it's that close and we could see whether the weather actually good to hit the beach, where as if your not that close to the beach you don't have the same advantages. Bed was really comfortable was a king size. The bedroom size wasn't the biggest maybe it was because the size of the bed taking up most of the bedroom lol. The living room and kitchen area was definitely big enough for 4 people as there was a sofa bed. There is a lot of supermarkets within 5 mins in the taxi, we did a big shop on the 2nd day in the supermarket and what we brought and cooked ourselves they would of charged us 3x the amount in the local food resturants, its about being smart with your money, if you can cook that is and make your own breakfasts it's a win win. Save that money and use it on other things like uber or other activities. Most we paid on a uber was €7 and that was to get to Alvor which was a 15min drive from our hotel and it was about €4 to get to the nearest shopping centre.

The first thing that was a shocker sorry to say, the pictures on booking.com the hotel looks very modern, but in reality the hotel decor is still stuck in the late 90s. Bathroom was small, i am 6ft5 and my partner is 5ft we could just about be in the bathroom together. Kitchen again stuck in 90s with Electric hobs. If you are planning of cooking some of your own food then i suggest buying or bringing your own non stick frying pan, because we had a headache frying even small things like a omelette which ended up looking like scrambled eggs.

Close to restaurants and beach

Very busy road and very noisy place as close to disco clubs, not for family with babies for sure. Windows are not very well to make the apartment more quiet when closed, as made from aluminium pretty old.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic vista of the serene beach stretched out beneath. With each glance out the window, we were greeted by the mesmerizing sight of waves gently rolling onto the shore, creating a tranquil ambiance. It was an experience that truly encapsulated the beauty and tranquility of coastal living.

That there was no hair dryer. The only thing, all else is great.

Very well equipped apartment with washing machine. Working lift, excellent wifi. Amongst the bars, cafes, restaurants with a good local supermarket one block away. Local City Bus (into Portimão 2-3 km) stop opposite. Good communication with manager.

My stay coincidently included the weekend of Portuguese MOTOGP held north of Portimão. As a consequence motor bikers gather here and compete with loud explosive modified engines from 2100-0400. I had to depart early as it was so bad. Had it just been the sound of people in the street it would have been OK. Evidently this happens for just this weekend annually but bars with loud techno music have extended licences particularly in the summer. The poor local residents have no control over this. Unless you intend to party through the night (great place), perhaps ask about expected noise and vibration levels for the duration of your stay.

Lovely view, close to most amenities, shops and beach. Staff lovely. On site parking was great considering location. Good lift. Rooms were a good size. Internet quite good.

On site dryer would have been good as the laundromat was not close by. The 7th bed was not suitable as we had 5 adults and even the kids were a bit big for the pull out bed. Probably best to market as a sleep 6 and room for a cot.

The restaurants on first level were very good and reasonable. Proximity to stores, restaurants, sight seeing tours, beach, all were just right outside your door, very convenient.

Location very central to the action, but at night action was louder than I would have liked. If you want to be close to the bars on Priar de Roche, this is the perfect location. But if being near bars and the noise then select a building a little further back.

The location of the apartment is next to the beach promenade. You can park your car here and so go to the beaches in the area. The apartment was clean, spacious and we felt comfortable there.

The kitchen equipment was very modest, it would be good to add some kitchen equipment. And the bed was very poor, the mattress on a metal grate. :-)

Excellent beach view. Older building, clean and comfortable. Good location in the centre of the beach strip.

Missing wine glasses and dish soap. Nearby disco carries on well into the night.
