Loved these apartments. The apartments are really spacious. Great size kitchen too. The view was absolutely amazing. Perfect location for everything in walking distance. Very quiet in room, no noise from outside. Very good price.

Please dont let this put you off but the pool unfortunately was very small and not enough sunbeds. There is an amazing beach on the doorstep though. Shame they charge for the safe as i think this should be included in the price as we all need to keep our money and belongings safe.

We were not aware of the €100 deposit, could have been made aware of this on booking. We were not aware that the pool was closed until we got there and that was a big disappointment.

Sea view was beautiful, room was perfect for week or longer stay with kitchenette being very useful, groceries, cafes and pharmacies were only a short walk away

It was close to the beach and a lot of nice places around. The sofa was a little hard to figure it out, how to put it, as we were 3 people, but in rest was ok. Had the view to the ocean, which overall made the stay nicer.

Honestly, I had much higher expectations for the room, but indeed, it was ok. We had some issues with the kitchenette, as I tried to fry some eggs but wasn't able to turn on the induction, so in the end, I didn't use it. There was no WiFi connection, as it was so bad, in the room we didn't have access. Needed to use hotspot for the whole stay.

We’ve been to this hotel before so we knew what we’d booked …. or do we thought , we arrived on the Sunday, when checking in were advised as cleaning is now every 3 days our room would not be cleaned, we asked ,what if we need fresh towels ? yes, they would be available at an additional cost of 5 euros , not great , we stayed here before , to change housekeeping to 3 days is too much as the floor was dirty by the time we checked out, beds not made , almost out of loo roll and shower gel, the pool was also closed and no sun beds to use either , very disappointing , we also had to pay a deposit of €50 for possible damages ?? awful

One bedroom apartment with seaview was great. Right on the seafront and large balcony with table and chairs provided. Has a nice open plan feel and everything was there for cooking cleaning etc. Maids were great and even dropped off a little Christmas gift since we stayed over Christmas. Reception was helpful and a parking space was given in the underground parking under the building. Balcony was a suntrap even in winter it was sheltered and hot with a nice breeze if you needed further out onto the balcony

A little outdated but exceeded expectations. No Wifi available though there is free WiFi in Portimao, it just didnt reach the apartment.

The location is exceptionally convenient for shops, beach, restaurants etc. The rooms/apartments are spacious and well appointed. I didn’t want to self-cater but if I had, there was everything I could have needed. It was well equipped. The pool area is pleasant and there are plenty of sun beds.

The toilets in the communal areas (such as by the pool etc.) are locked and you have to go to the reception for a key. Such a faff and not helpful at all.

The view was amazing with the full ocean view from our room on the 5th floor. The room was ok, everything available what is needed for a few days, but some extra blanket or pillow could be nice in the wardrobe. The staff was very kind and nice, helped us in everything.

Unfrotunately the shower was not working at the pool in the hotel (interesting, but on the beach there was a lot of showers and they werent working as well for some reason). In the room it was working perfectly. Some more shower gel in the bathroom could be helpfull, if a family is using the bath and shower a lot.

Beautiful view through the window. Comfortable bed. Has a parking space.

Amazing location, had sea front apartment. It’s a million dollar view. Sat outside many times. It was very hot out, ac quiet and only needed one at low settings. Roomy. Lots of hot water. It’s a little dated, but clean. It’s three star, got exactly what we expected and more. There was three of us, we doubled up the mattresses and it was good for 1 person. Likely fine for kids. Convenient store across steet. Parking convenient. Been to pria da rocha many times before, never stayed here. Would again. It’s at the quieter end of the beach which is nice. Also it’s away from the party/pedestrian corridor which is nice.
