The room was clean, nice & spacious and the breakfast was great with an excellent selection. The staff was friendly and the hotel is in a good location. I definitely recommend this hotel to stay at in Portimao.

The hotel had a bit too many rules, incl. you can’t refuse cleaning for over 48 hrs.

The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of food and drinks including fresh juices - we really enjoyed our daily breakfasts. We also had the dinner buffet one night and it exceeded our expectations - it had very wide selection (like its breakfasts) and so it was very good value for money. We loved the huge bed and very fluffy pillows. The carpark was generous in size and the hotel's location was great for the beach and close to the restaurants - but not too close so we don't get the late-night noise.

The room was generally clean but we were surprised that cleaning was very delayed one day but it was rectified very quickly. Pool was small so we didn't use it and spent most of our time at the beach. Gym could have incorporated more mat space for training with dumb bells and included lighter dumb bells for the same reason. However these are minor down points. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is modern. The room was big and had all the appliances needed. The one that I had, had a kitchen to cook. The breakfast was included and the buffet was good, though same menu everyday. They had the option to provide towels for the beach and you could ask in the reception for a clean one every time you need. The location is perfect, in front of the beach, and in the street where the life starts, so it is not in the middle of the noise but close enough to get to the fun. Recepcionists are very kind.

The food of the snack bar offered by the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive and the good is not that good for the price. Also, the room had a fridge with some soft drinks, but the prices were also a bit high. The hotel itself felt a bit expensive but understandable for the location.

The hotel is well situated on the beach and the spacious rooms are very clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of power outlets and good lighting in the bathroom and sleeping/ sitting areas. Helpful, friendly staff throughout the premises including the parking area. Buffet breakfast featured a very good variety and staff was cheerful. Themed dinner buffets offered a nice selection of food and beverages. Welcome fruit and daily bottle of water was very appreciated. Overall, very pleasant experience!

The ocean view from the room was stunning, as it was also the last floor, very comfortable and large bed, spacious room, very clean. The location perfect, in front of one the beautiful beaches. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pillows very uncomfortable. Foul smell from the bathroom drains. after complaining of the smell and very slow draining they said they can spray the room and if we want have maintenance come the next day for that and broken extractor fan in the bathroom. Only staying a few nights we didn’t want maintenance to come through and disturb us, it should have been done before hand.

Fabulous buffet breakfast with great open hours 7am-1030am, hotel and rooms are kept spotless. Very good access to shops, restaurants and bars. We had balcony with side sea view which was nice too (although did overlook next doors pool too)

The pool is very small and its position meant it was mostly shade during our stay, although hotel fairly busy pool not really used much but the beaches are beautiful. Hotel bar is downstairs at the dining area and small and didn't see used, not for people looking for entertainment or a buzz round a bar. Personally we liked this

Excellent location. Beach and restaurants across the street. Best beach in the Algarve with caves and lots of rock formations. Took hundreds of photos. Free parking close by. We booked the sea view suite. It was large with a living room with kitchenette. Large deck that we used each day. Best thing about this hotel was the staff. Super nice and helpful. We had an issue with the tolls and not stopping to get a prepaid card at the side of the highway. Tanya was excellent and helped us sign up for the online (out of Portugal plates) and called to back date the entry so we could pay. Site is all in Portuguese so difficult to deal with. You can’t pay at the post office with ‘out of country’, only Portugal plates, as we found out from Tanya. She was excellent. We also had fabulous recommendations for dinner from the staff. Cleaning staff was meticulous too. They are all well trained. We were very impressed! We loved our stay. Portimao was excellent as our base in the Algarve. Close to everything. This is a great spot for a classy stay. We had booked one night in Albufeira and regretted it. Not for us! Portimao is more of our style.

The room and the location of the property. All staff members were pleasant and informative. The breakfast was fine, plenty of everything with a nice variety. Room service was very reasonably priced and the room service food was tasty. It was worth paying extra for sea view.

The pool, it was quite small and stuck in middle of building blocks which created a lot of shade. Was not conducive to lounging and the small pool side bar did not have any staff in attendance for the period of time o visited the pool. Also the pillows were not comfortable, they were filled with small lumps of foam that were unevenly distributed.

We were pleasantly surprised with how good the hotel was when we considered the cost of our stay. The hotel is perfectly located for the beach and close to a great selection of places to eat. Staff were really nice throughout the hotel and our stay and our room was well presented, very clean and incredibly spacious (family room). I would highly recommend this hotel and we would gladly stay here again if we return to the area. Breakfast was also really good quality with a wide range of options to suit everyone’s preferences.

The bedroom was lovely and big. The breakfast was great but the crepes/pancakes could have been cooked a little longer. The pool area and pool is kinda small but this didn't really bother us as we are more into the beach. No problem with sun lounger availability when we were there at the pool in the mornings from what we could see at breakfast. The staff were nice. The beach was a 3 minute walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. The dinner was nice, 28 euro a head. We were only there for 3 nights so just did 1 night of restaurant buffet and it was varied.

The pool area is kinda small if you are going for a sun holiday and mostly want to be by the pool. The area is kinda small and not really a good pool vibe but hotel is perfect for beach goers.
