I travelled solo and booked a twin room with balcony. The room is spacious and clean. The cleaning ladies tidy up the room daily. The staff is very helpful and they try to acomodate every need of their guests. You can rent a beach towel - you just leave a 10 euros deposit. You can change the towel daily, and the money will be given to you when you return the towel (this was very helpful, since I didn't pack one haha). The breakfast is nice, you have plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is close to the beach and close to many great restaurants. I suggest you try the portugese steak at least once - it's delicious, couldn't stop ordering that.

Great location….with direct views onto the beach and easy access to a multitude of bars and restaurants. Room was surprisingly well equipped and modern with nice bed, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge, tv, ac/heating, hair dryer, free WiFi and safe(with additional small cost). There was also a nice balcony with table and chairs. Room cleaned and beds made every day by smiling, friendly staff. Lifts were fast and several available. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful making the checking in experience nice and fast. Plenty of decent options at breakfast which was within the rate, and decent amount of tables available.

We had a side view of the ocean, and it was absolutely amazing to sit on the balcony, hear the ocean, and smell the sea breeze. Breakfast was included in the price and was quite good — we definitely didn’t go hungry. I would have liked to see more vegetables, but that’s just my personal preference. The location is great — it’s not on a pedestrian street where it tends to be very noisy, but next to a road, which also makes it convenient for taking a taxi. Highly recommended!

The downside was that someone nearby was constantly smoking, and it was terrible when the wind blew toward our balcony — the smell would get into the room.

I visited during the low season, and what I liked best was that unlike in most older Portuguese buildings that get humid and chilly in the winter, it was warm and dry in the hotel room. The staff was nice and helpful, and the free breakfast included many options. The beach is very near to the hostel and you can walk/trek along the coast to some very beautiful places. However, the city centre is a bit further away and easier to access by bus or taxi (rather affordable).

We really loved the amazing location, cleanliness and friendly staff. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. Walking distance to the beach was a plus, as well as the quick access to all restaurants and bars. We also loved the generous check-out time, which gave us enough of time to enjoy breakfast and pack our bags before leaving on the last day. The included breakfast was decent. We would 100% recommend this place, especially for those going to Portimão for the Afro Nation festival! :)

There was no table in the bathroom where we could store our toiletries. The price was somewhat high, but that was the case for all accommodations in Portimão during the Afro Nation festival. So when considering the festival aspect, the price was fair for what was included.

Good place to stay to see the south coast of Portugal. Comfy rooms, small parking by the building - available free, but only if there are free spots, so if you get to the hotel late it might be full, but there are lots of free parking spaces at the street behind the building. Close to the sea side. Lots of restaurants arround.

English-like breakfast so food with no tase.. and not much to choose from, zero fresh vegetables, only beans and some mushroom, all tasted the same.

Very good reception. Very nice room with a good mattress on the bed. Cleaning every day. The hospitality of especially one man and Catarina in reception. They put heat on in the room, when it was getting cold in the night. The breakfast is excellent.

The balcony was shadowed by the buildings around. Not much sun. I got told that to book directly with the hotel, gives much more flexibility if necessary to switch rooms. I wish for more vegetables at breakfast.

Rooms were cleaned every day, hotel spotless clean, staff were friendly. Location was excellent and very safe. Excellent value for money

As you book this hotel you know it doesn't have a pool, but the beach is just across the road. It's missing is a little bar area to come back to in the evening to chill out and relax. It would have been nice if breakfast was changed up a bit, as it was the same thing every morning.

The breakfast was perfect for something to eat before we headed out. We loved that the room looked out the beach and that we have the most beautiful view from the balcony! We loved every part of our trip!

Only complaint was no plug near a mirror to straighten or curl your hair. Asked at reception and was given an extension lead which was helpful but might be worth a re think from the hotel.
