We've been in Portugal for 10 nights in 4 places (Lisbon, west coast, south and back near Lisbon). This was by far the best place we stayed at. It was an apartment on 2 levels, spacious, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at the second level and the living room with the kitchen and a service bath at the first one. Very comfortable, for a great price, 5-10 minutes from the beach and the owners were very nice and warm. We had included a parking place in the interior parking of the building.

The only thing that I would change would be the checkout, which is at 10.30 AM. We might have been granted a later checkout had it not been the people starting coming for a festival.

the apartment was big and clean fitted with all amenities you need and in good location Ruben on reception was very friendly and helpful

the pool had no toilet facilities and as it was a good walk from the apartment it was a downside the sunbeds were in very poor condition and uncomfortable

The heart of the property was Ruben. His energy was everything. We felt like being welcomed by a family member.

Didn’t like that there was only one Airco in 1 of the bedrooms. With 34 degrees outside I feel there should at least been fans provided for the other spaces. Didn’t like that even though we were told we would get clean towels this only happened once in the week. Considering we were there for a beach festival you ca. only imagine how dirty the towels were after 24 hours.

Communication with the host was always quick and spot on. It’s nice to have a parking space in the garage but our car was a little big, so it was not easy to manoeuvre BUT we were able to move to another spot the same day. THANkS

The only issue was the noise of seagulls during the night but that’s nothing the host can do about.

We spent 5 weeks at this property. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. They contacted us on the day of arrival to make sure all was in order which was greatly appreciated. Manuela in the office was super friendly and helpful and we will definitely book again. Miriam

I stayed here quite a few years ago, this place is perfect, apartment was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely dining/living room area, pool area fantastic & Toni runs a great wee bar. Close to main strip , variety of restaurants & bars .

Absolutely nothing.

The location was very central but also quiet. Supermarkets, restaurants, but most of all the wonderful Praia da Rocha and Praia dos Tres Castelos are within 10 minutes walking distance. The Apartment was very spacious and clean.

Only a suggestion: providing a few more basics in the apartment (for example, dishwasher or detergent) would be helpful.

Location was perfect, 5 to 10 mins walk to the beach. Upgraded our room from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment, and we have our own parking spot. Staff was very accommodating, he even showed us where we can park and where our room was.

Welcoming staff. Lovely clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen/dining space. 5 min walk to mini supermarket, main promenade and beaches. Perfect for a family of 4. Lovely pool area with access to Toni's bar.

Access to the beaches is via stairs, so anyone with mobility issues would find it challenging
