The room was quite large with all the things you need for a holiday stay. I loved the sea view from the balcony and the beach (once you know the route) is a 15 min walk, the beach itself is beautiful. There is a bus that operates twice a day to the beach and to the town centre. There is an Aldi / Lidl 15 mins walk away too. The pool is good and I always had a spot to top up my tan.

Make sure you bring some washing up liquid and a sponge or be prepared to buy some. Would be nice if there was a bus that ran in the evening to bring you back from the town or beach at around 10/11 at night.

Not a 5 star hotel but Wow the staff were amazing . As a regular traveller - I have not seen this type of customer service anywhere . From reception (particularly Pedro) to bar staff (the gentleman who is there most of the time) a real asset to your teams. So helpful. One negative that is a health & safety issue the door in the annexe hotel is unforgiving I have a nasty bruise on my arm from getting trapped and the door does not detect someone there it just keeps hitting.

The place was very spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The view from the 7th floor was amazing, and overall the apartment was very quiet. The a/c worked well. The location was great, within walking distance of all amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

The a/c only served well the kitchen/living room area. A pull-through fan into the bedroom would've heated the room without having to leave doors open. The TV has only 8 channels, most of them news or local channels - nothing in English, until we figured out how to find youtube on it. Some more channels would be nice. An info sheet about how to use the a/c and what the wifi code is, would've been helpful (we had to phone reception to get the info).

The apartment was fresh looking and clean. The balcony was great. Stayed in Mirachoro III so 30 second walk to the pool, however this was great as it was quieter than having a balcony near the pool and was more private. The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and polite. Mostly downhill walk into town all with pavements/sidewalk so safe. 30 minute walk downhill to the marina area or 3.65 euros in a Bolt. Would say the location was ideal.

Apartment was very spacious, had a cute little view out the back, bed was comfy, bathroom and everything were great and clean. The pool, etc. all looked great but we didn't use

Location wise is a bit far away, at least a half hour walk to the beach and town area, but bolt / uber is so cheap in Portugal, it wasn't an issue to get around!

The hotel once was chic enough, but time passes.the apartment is spacey and when we couldn't turn the shower on, the staff member changed our apartment and immediately asked for a plumber to fix it

Apartment is shabby enough.. the light switcher was hanging out of the wall in the corridor, the lamp wasn't working, there were no sponges or cleaning liquid for dishes in the kitchenette, and I had to fix the toilet myself when the button got broken... Amazing potential of the place, but it could use some handyman's help.

Spacious studio with sunny balcony, large bathroom, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen area.

Not very well soundproofed so could hear people in flat above walking about and moving furniture. Very noisy doors to flats so woken up constantly with people in and out

I can't thank the receptionists enough for all the help you gave me , my wife and her family during the difficult time we had. My wife had to go for emergency surgery and the receptionists went above and beyond to help us all in anyway they could. They were flawless , truly genuine and kind people. Thank you all very much for your support. Thank you all again. The room was also lovely, the pool is great , nice and deep, and the food provided also nice. Would definitely come back again.

Peaceful stay,with good kitchenette equipment,but lacked the kettle( sent on request). Very big & comfortable bed with cozy & clean duvet. Included proper dining table & chairs to eat meals .Good hot water in shower throughout stay

Telephone was dead ,could not call reception on it for requests ( emergency use?). Broken fridge & freezer parts, showing sharp edges( injury risk).No kettle at start of booking, but staff responded quickly. No BreaD knife. Balcony plastic chairs uncomfortable ,no armrests! No Bath ,but a strange steel seating set up(cold!).
