A beautiful modern clean comfortable hotel. Rooms are bright and airy with lovely large balconies. We booked a superior double, high floor, river view. Could have done with a sun bed or two on the balcony. There as an iron and ironing board available free of charge which is brought to your room. All staff at this hotel are amazing especially the breakfast staff. The rooftop bar is amazing and plays great music. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again. The hotel is ideally situated close to bars, restaurants, shops and things to do. Take a boat trip or visit the museum on the quay side.

Towels don’t get replaced unless you leave them on the floor. The wardrobe is not very large and the rails are fixed front to back so you can’t reach your clothes very well. The coffee and tea in the rooms is not replenished however there is free tea and coffee in the reception when guests don’t hog it! We never got to use the pool as the younger generation placed towels on sun beds. The busy road noise bothered us at first but we soon got used to it. We arrived on the last day of a music festival and there was some savoury characters staying at the hotel shall we say but they left after a couple of days thankfully!

Our stay here was amazing, the staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs. We would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to getting back again one day soon.

No complaints everything was wonderful!

Staff are really lovely and are definitely the best part of the hotel. Restaurant was nice at both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the spa. The rooftop bar was a nice place to relax. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony, although the road was sometimes noisy it wasn't too bad. The location is great and within walking distance of lots of restaurants, the marina and the beach. Housekeeping are fantastic with a daily tidy up/clean. Would stay again.

More of a suggestion/Grumble - The restaurant is not al a carte in the evenings as advertised on the website, it's a buffet. When there is a large group in for dinner it was frustrating to get food at the buffet, the large groups need to be served at a different time or in a different way to avoid the frustration.

The spa is amazing the treatments and the atmosphere. I loved the roof top bar that was really nice to have in your hotel and cocktails was lovely. I had a junior suite room, it was spacious and very comfortable we had a big balcony which was amazing. Love the swing in the reception.

If i had to find a fault- Breakfast needs more of options.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless – the cleanliness really stood out and made the whole experience even more comfortable. The furniture and décor were beautifully chosen, creating a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely come back

What a fantastic week we had. The staff were friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. We booked the inclusive breakfast and the choice was absolutely outstanding. They catered for all tastes and the options were very generous. We also booked a night in the hotel restaurant which was also great value and very high standard. As for the hotel itself we couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful setting, away from all the chaos and hustle but close enough to take a stroll to the beach within minutes. Great facilities and the spa and pools were great too. Would recommend to any couples wanting a relaxing and aggro-free holiday in the Algarve. The local cave tour is also and absolute must, as is a visit to the beach at Praia da Marinha. Albufeira is also a cheap enough Uber ride up the road if that’s your thing. My 5th visit back. Always amazing. Fantastic location. Spotless clean. Abundance of food at breakfast. The best thing about Jupiter Marina is always the staff. So helpfull, friendly and professional. The reception staff could not do enough to accommodate you. The staff in all areas are superb! The roof bar staff and the best. Every year we return we feel so welcome and relaxed and the cocktails are amazing. We love Diego he is a legend!! Sorry to leave but see you next year!!

Where do I start?!? After a very easy check-in, we stepped into our room where we saw the view of the river from beyond what looked like a very comfortable balcony, we knew we were in for a treat. In addition to the beautiful room, this hotel really is only a 15-20 minute walk in either direction to the promenade along the river and all of its shops, or to the beaches. It is a fantastic location. And the staff, ever so helpful, was happy to provide directions, make recommendations, etc. This place really thought of everything. Yes, the bed and bedding were comfortable. Yes, there was plenty of space to settle in. Yes, there was space in the bathroom to set our toiletries and hang things. Yes the shower was amazing. Yes we had a strong wifi signal. Refrigerator and personal safe, check! ...But it goes beyond all of that. Jupiter Marina Hotel pays attention to the little details too. One example to illustrate what I mean: Lots of places boast that they come with blackout shades. But somehow, the curtains never seems to fall so that all of the light is blocked, including the one street light that always seems to be in just the wrong place. At Jupiter Marina, they're aware of this and someone thought to add an inconspicuous strip of velcro down the edge so that you can seal the curtain. Voila! No light gets in! Another small but super helpful detail - there are outlets on both sides of the bed, easily accessible, and one of them even has USB outlets. All of these little details add up to make this a stay that exceeded my expectations. And I haven't even mentioned the incredible breakfast that we started every day with. If you're debating whether to include the breakfast or not in your room purchase, take it from me - include the breakfast! It will be SO worth it!

There is not one thing that I can think of. I didn't like that our stay came to an end, does that count? ;-) After staying here, I'd love to go back to any other hotel review I've done in order to change all of the 10s to something lower. I don't think I truly appreciated a 10 out of 10 until I stayed here. What a find!

Our second visit to Jupiter Marina and it definitely won't be the last. Hotel and facilities are outstanding. We used the spa area twice during our stay, and it was amazing, so relaxing and so clean. Breakfast was brilliant so much variety. Rooms are big with super comfy beds. We were upgraded and had amazing sunrise views each morning. Rooftop bar is fantastic, so relaxing with fantastic food and service, especially from Gabriel and Diego!!!! The Hotel, facilities and location are amazing but the staff are what really make this Hotel 5 star.........can't wait to return again!
