This really is a charming hotel in every way. The hotel is beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds and pillows, great shower, spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Irena was brilliant and made sure that we were happy with everything. The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of lovely fresh fruits, yogurts, breads cold meats plus egg and bacon. The hotel is just off the main front road which can be busy but the hotel is just tucked away enough for any noise not to bother us. One the best stays we’ve had in Portugal. Highly recommended!

It was good location. Just next to the beach side. They offer towels which was convenient and helpful. The room was very clean! The breakfast staff was really nice. Big thumb up for the uncle serving all the tables by himself . The room is beautiful. Quite a good design . There is a fridge in the room in case you want to keep fresh water.

1. There was always nobody at the reception you need to call them. The lady is resting somewhere else. 2. There’s almost no sound isolation. During our stay there was some guest quarreling with the reception lady about parking , we heard the aggressive talk loud through the door. 3 for this price there’s no water or coffee capsule provided in the room, not a kettle, and when you go ask for help the lady said the bar is open only in the morning. Small gesture would’ve made the stay much more adorable. 4 received a fishing message with fishing link on the booking message from the hotel, don’t click . 5 suite 1 has access to the terrace but in the afternoon you can smell the cooking from restaurant next door not very agréable.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Portimão! The beach is super close and so is the pedestrian street so to say with all the souvenir shops and good restaurants! Having breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our time here! It is a great plus that there is parking available! There are only a few steps to the place so my mom, who has a disability, could walk to her room on the first floor by climbing three steps - there are no rails on the steps, which to hold though. The shower was spacious and walk-in so that was comfortable too. Thank you to the hosts!

The only thing is some of the rooms that we booked were a little noisy at night. Portimão is a party city and the hotel is close to the bars so sometimes in some of the rooms it might be noisy at night. Still it is a beachfront hotel and is definitely in the more quiet part of the pedestrian street than the rest of the beachfront hotels! It was not a big problem for us.

The hotel was as expected, very friendly staff. We arrived early but the lady accommodated us almost straight away. It was so peaceful yet only less than a minute walk to the main strip. The breakfast was very nice and Mohammad was a very caring and courteous host. The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Beautiful decor throughout and spotlessly clean.

There was a lovely little bar on site however unfortunately it was not open during our stay. It would be a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet drink in the evening. We did find a great cocktail bar directly across the street called FEÚ.

The hotel was very upscale yet the price was so affordable. Location was amazing: metres from the beach. The breakfast was quite a surprise as it was served to you, and included many courses/offerings (eggs, crepes, bread, jams, fruit, yogurt, cafe/tea, and then if you wanted another serving of anything more it was offered to you). The room was very clean and nice and quiet. And, the hotel extremely close to a strip of restaurants and bars. I heartily recommend it!

Information regarding how to reach the hotel by car should have been provided as you couldn’t park on the street. You need to find a spot in the vicinity (which wasn’t easy) and then go to the hotel. Also, the hotel offered parking (for a fee) but you could not readily drive into the hotel lot. You had to check in and then they gave you a code to lower a barrier on the sidewalk so you could drive in. This should have been explained somewhere. And, they only had a few spots for parking so asked for our car keys to move cars around if needed. I didn’t like that.

Lovely room. Great shower and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Breakfast was very nice. Fabulous location, just a stones throw from the beach.

Couldn't make tea/coffee in the room. It would be nice if breakfast could be available earlier than 8am. We had to wait a while before we could be let in to the complex. Better communication on how to access the on-site parking would have been helpful as couldn't get the parking information till after checking in and had to pay for parking nearby as well.

Very close to Praia da Rocha and its attractions. The building is very modern, clean and everything works as it should. It's also far enough away from the main strip to be quiet. Missed breakfast, so cannot comment on that.

Car parking was not straightforward. You need to park up away from the property and then go inside reception to get a PIN which you can use to lower the bollard, allowing entry to the parking area to the side of the property.

The location is perfect. Its just a street away from the main restaurants and bars strip but it doesn't feel loud. The rooms was clean and very comfortable and the staff were lovely. The breakfast in particular was brilliant - fresh juice, a large platter of fruit, yoghurt, cheese and meat, eggs and bags to order, pancakes brought to your table and your choice of lovely breads - all served directly!

I believe the parking may be in the street only, which we managed to find but did have to do a little checking that we were allowed to park where we had. The rooms also do not have kettles but otherwise it was perfect!

The room was spotlessly clean. Bravo to the cleaning staff! The bed was big and comfortable, plenty of covers, and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, and had nice toiletries. The check in process was very easy. Staff very nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The hotel is very close to the beach and only a block away from restaurants, bars, stores. Everything exceeded my expectations. One thing to note, is the room looks bigger on the website, but was fine, and we had plenty of room to feel comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms that are exceptionally clean. The reception staff are lovely - we were able to check-in around two hours early. The breakfast is amazing!! One chef who will cook your bacon and eggs, crepes - whatever you like. Can’t speak highly enough of the service. Location is fabulous and central - only 100 metres from the main strip of restaurants, bars etc.
