Excellent location. Anyone who knows Praia da Rocha knows that being only 200 meters away from the center of all the bars and restaurants and the beach and yet staying in a location that is not very noisy is not easy to find. The apartment is a trade-off between not having any views but being close to everything you want and being as quiet as you could expect from a place like Praia da Rocha. The hotel that manages the apartment has excellent staff, and they are super fast, sending maintenance within minutes if something is not working, as it was in our case. It was nothing serious, but we needed to sort it out, and they did in record time. Parking directly in front of the apartment was another bonus for us.

There was nothing we did not like. There will be fussy people who always have something to critique but we are not one of them.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the beach away. There was nothing missing from this apartment! The kitchen was also fully equipped. Although located near the walking and shopping mile, the area is still very quiet. Since I was working during the day, a good Wi-Fi connection was required and this worked very well! Parking spots are available right in from of the entrance (even if limited, for one week I could always find a spot).

I was late for my check out for about 20-25min and I was informed that for checking out there is enough to dial the internal hotel number to inform the reception. Unfortunately, there was no one picking up the phone the entire morning and the cleaning staff was already waiting impatiently and annoyed in front of my door... I might have not read it carefully, but the hotel itself does not have any reception so the check-in is done in another hotel with is not quite around the corner, so better read the information carefully otherwise you will end up like me, looking for a parking spot, get some bags out and realize that you have to get first the access code, etc. to get in.

I really like the apartment it is very spacious and have loads of kitchen wares. There is coffee machine , toaster, microwave, induction cooker and kettle. In the toilet there is a hair dryer. Plates and utensils and things used to cooked are available too.. We really saved for the food we buy in supermarkets. Everything is nearby . Bus station , supermarket and the beach all 3-5 mins walk. Just to remind you local shops likes cash not card. But some do accept cards.

Not really me and my partner enjoyed our trip.

The location was fantastic - near the beach and all of the restaurants. The apartment was nice and very well - equipped. We were put in an apartment that was different from what we ordered but bigger - so a special thank you to the staff for the upgrade!

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. WiFi was weak and barely there. Warm water only started after 5(or so) minutes of running water

Had a bit of a plumbing/sewer smell which was reduced if I kept the windows open. The fire alarm went off in the building, though only once and probably not a regular occurrence.. Door lock malfunction which was fixed very quickly, which could be considered a positive thing.

Spacious apartment, clean and well furnished. Amazing location, couple of minutes from the main strip where all the restaurants and bars are and a 5 minute walk from the beach, yet quiet enough during the night as it doesn’t face the strip. Supermarkets nearby also. Very clean as well and you can ask for it to be cleaned each day of your stay. Well equipped with all a traveler needs, from AC to blow dryer to shampoo. We also included breakfast in our stay from the Hotel Santa Catarina which is linked to the Mirante Apartments, and we really enjoyed it, great selection of food and good coffee. We recommend it!

Clean, tidy with well equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Taxi rank nearby for transportation to Bus/train stations. Easy check in (5 mins walk away).

Is close to bars so little noisy on Fri/Sat nights. Not a problem for me but might be for others.

Very simple contactless checkin. Language is a barrier. Rooms are clean and great facilities. Saw a lot of comments on parking issue, we didn’t face much as we were there in December during Christmas and the town was pretty much dead.

We were in December and rooms were slightly cold as there was not much sunlight. So the rooms did get cold but there was not heating as such. Adjusting the ac temperature didnt help much

Spacy rooms, good location, good kitchen, good value for money.

We should walk about 10 minutes to other hotel to check in and pick up the keys. It was written on the entrance door when we arrived. It would be great to get such information before arrival.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The large apartment was great. Location great too, near the beach and bars and restaurants yet very quiet. Overall would recommend the hotel.

The bed was a bit too firm but I did sleep well nonetheless.
