Location, the food options for both breakfast and dinner. The room cleaning service was fantastic. The staff so accommodating, especially Nelson in the dining room. The sea front facing room we had was lovely.

The fact staff allow guests to reserve pool lounges for hours on end when no one shows up. We sat one particular day and numerous seats were taken with towels and not one person turned up.

The staff were warm and friendly. You felt like you mattered as a customer. The heated swimming pool was a handy addition for the time of year. The bar staff and breakfast staff were excellent. The cocktails were very reasonable priced and delicious.

Unfortunately a lot of restaurants nearby were shut. Perhaps not a great place to visit in January.

Fantastic staff, decent buffet breakfast,good location, comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and mini bar.

Rooms quite small. No balcony, not a very good view, awful glass door that didn’t offer much privacy in the bathroom therefore would not return. Uncomfortable pillows. Still had an enjoyable time.

First I want to say: Thank you Jupiter Algarve Hotel for a really nice stay. Jupiter Algarve Hotel is located alongside the Rocha Beach, which is a lovely, very clean beach. We booked a double room with a front sea view and the balcony, breakfast included. Our room was upgraded to the higher floor room as I requested with no extra charge. We got 10% voucher to use in the hotel restaurant and SPA . The room was beautiful with the coffee machine, the kettle and the free coffee pods and the tea bags. The balcony was good sized, sea view was exceptional. The room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable. We got the free access to the outdoor heated pool. We are vegetarian and we don’t eat fish as well, but we have not been disappointed at the breakfast buffet. We had a plenty of choices. We also had a dinner twice in the evening at the hotel restaurant. It was in the form of buffet as well. The selection of food suitable for us was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff in all hotel was really nice, friendly and helpful.

The hotel was in a great location. Just minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We came as a family and stayed over Christmas, we really appreciate the outdoor pool which was covered for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. I especially liked the chef cooking eggs to your liking. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely accommodating. A special mention to Marcelo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The location was spot on! Directly opposite the beach and in the centre of everything. Tea, coffee and fridge in the room. Breakfast buffet was a great selection and good quality. The evening buffet was amazing in every respect. Our balcony had a side view of the sea. We tried to upgrade on checkin but there was no availability, however after seeing the room we realised that we didn't need an upgrade. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming and accommodating. They go over and above.

Fantastic location and a super breakfast. Rooms are comfortable with good beds. Bathroom are excellent with very good showers.

The food, the service, the friendliness of staff and cleanliness was excellent

The hotel only had two lifts and they were very often too busy to enter, I had to wait several minutes frequently until one came with enough room.. The location of the beach was way below the road level and impossible for me to access due to many steps and ramps to manage. The hotel is accessible to disabled persons,except for the lack of lifts, but the beach is not.

I shared my room with my mum. The room was comfortable and clean. Our room had a side Seaview and it was lovely in the morning to sit in the sun and lookout.

At night because it is located at the beginning of the entertainment strip, there were a few loud drunk men yelling at 3am

Variety of food in the breakfast buffet. The fact of having an outdoor swimming pool with warm water. How close to the hotel the beach is.

Perhaps some more light in the bedroom would be nice to have. There is an AC unit unit in the bedroom, but when we take a shower ( during the winter time), it will take some time for the moisture to go away without mechanical ventilation in the bathroom.
