We really liked the location — it was quiet and convenient. The unit itself was very spacious, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. It featured a terrace and balconies, which added to the charm. The terrace had a grassy area, a table, two sunbeds, and a spot to hang wet laundry — very practical for a family stay. We especially enjoyed the two swimming pools, both surrounded by lovely areas to relax. The playground and trampoline were a big hit with the kids!

There were a few downsides to our stay. Unfortunately, there was ongoing construction next to the building, with a crane hanging right above our terrace. Because of that, we didn’t feel comfortable using the outdoor space, as there were workers present most of the time. Although the property is supposed to be in a protected area, one of the gate doors near the playground was always open and wouldn’t close properly, which felt a bit unsafe. The house also had some power limitations — to use the oven, we had to turn off other appliances, which was a bit inconvenient. Still, despite these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay overall.

We had a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with it's own garden to the front & back complete with lime trees! The apartment was incredibly spacious with lots of storage space. It was great value for money. We went in November so had the pools to ourselves.....while they were unheated they were still great for a refreshing dip. The resort itself was very clean & well maintained with tennis courts & a children's play area.

We had the breakfast on our first morning but found it a little overpriced for what was on offer Quite a shortage of electric sockets in the kitchen. If you're Irish like us bring a travel kettle for your morning cuppa!

The resort is fantastic. The facilities (including the tennis/Padel courts, the multiple pools, the restaurants and bars, etc.) are amazing! Our apartment was enormous - and had plenty of room for our family (which consists of my wife and 3 children). The multiple pools are phenomenal! The property is very clean and very family oriented. The staff was also very accommodating. We were able to check into the hotel (not the room) earlier so my kids could enjoy the pool while our room was getting ready. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler and/or family traveling in the area!

Nothing - it was fantastic!!

A very well kept complex, with something for all ages. Lovely staff. We had booked a one bed apartment, but were upgraded at check in to a two bed, which was a huge bonus and made a big difference to our short stay. The apartment was spotless, towels and bedlinen were good quality and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and utensils. Gardens were well kept, pools were pristine.

The breakfast was very poor and the standard of hygiene/cleanliness in the breakfast room/restaurant was appalling. The food on offer was limited and very poor quality.

Swimming pool in the resort (still a bit cold though ) large rooms and a garden in the front door. Walking distance to the beach (15min). Kitchen facility so we could cook ourselves

Parking lot is a bit distance from the room. So be careful if you have a lot of luggage. We have 5 person so one need to sleep in the living room which we know already. However, the sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable to sleep on. In the end we decided to book another single room rather than stay in that sofa bed. Unfortunately we could only have a single room located on the other side of the resort. It is not convenient if you travel with family

Very good location, only 10 min walk to Praia da Rocha. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Apartments are big and have everything you need for a stay. Good WiFi.

Don’t think I would like to stay when it is busy due to there being a lot of noise between apartments. Breakfast was a bit poor. Small selection which was absolutely fine and very understandable considering how quiet it was, but the selection never varied. You had the same thing every day which got a bit tedious towards the end of the holiday. Not sure if it is better during the busy season, but I wouldn’t pay for breakfast again.

Spacious, tidy room with big balcony. The pool areas should be nice in summer time. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy check in. Easy parking available outside on a parking lot.

The breakfast was pretty much ridiculous, by far not worth the money (maybe just because we came off season). Quality of food and staff very bad, luckily we’ve only booked the breakfast for one day. Kitchen could be slightly better equipped (e.g. sponge, towel). Beach quite far away (15min walk on the street)

We as a family we love this spot in general.But clube vila rosa we recomende it to everyone even for single traveler. Cleaness spot on even taken in consideration they are improving the building. Easy check in and out staff outstanding service. Nos vamos sempre voltar ao mesmo lugar com certeza e recomendo pra fins semanais /escapadinhas de Lisboa.

I have to be honest I have no complaints about the place. Is not luxurious but it has an outstanding friendly and value money plus is 5 min walk to the beach. No restaurant service at the moment but they are working on it . On my option It should offer or charge for it a few complentaries like tea and coffe for the gest on arrival.This will well suprise the gest I think.However they ask before arriving if you need anything during the booking process.

Amazing place and if we were would get a bit more sunier days, this Villa has everything to enjoy the stay in Portugal. Included breakfast was great deal. Allowed us to enjoy time even more. Bed was made every day. Clean towels every day.

Kitchen in the appartmetn has everything to cook for a family (microvawe, oven, toaster, plates, cutlery, pots, etc.) and everything worked. - However, it would be great if stove and oven was a bit newer, so it could cook everything faster. - We also missed a water kettle :( - Rooms are clean and were cleaned every day, however we saw some small cocroaches (2 times). But it could be a normal thing for warm country such as Portugal.

It was very fun for me an my girlfriend, we went during Rolling Loud weekend (for the Festival) and the crowd in the Hotel was mostly young and fun, I saw some families though. We spent the day by the pool, the hotel organized some fun pool games, the food from the restaurant was delicious, the sangria was great and the staff was so nice! The room was spacious and clean, we had a small balcony which I loved, at night despite the festival the rooms were quiet.

There was a renovation mark on the bathtub, I think they didn’t finish it properly. But other than that, everything was great.
