Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were large and we got quiet room on high flor. The room had a water heater for the shower. So there was hot water all the time There is a coffee set in the room, Electric kettle, The hotel is close to the city and you can walk to the city or there is a bus from the hotel area to the city. There is parking at the hotel for 5 euros and free street parking. On days not crowded with visitors.

It's no coincidence that I returned here so soon. On the one hand, the unparalleled tranquility of Alvor, the endless oceanfront, and the countless wonders of the Algarve always captivate me. On the other hand, I can once again wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area (I visited during the off-season). Yet, everything is easily accessible within a short walk or via BOLT/UBER, both of which work excellently. The hotel staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, creating a warm, homey atmosphere despite it being a larger, multi-story hotel. However, it never felt crowded. The room was excellently equipped—I lacked nothing—and the cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping lady was absolutely delightful, and the receptionist was very accommodating to my requests. After a rather difficult flight, I was able to check in immediately, have breakfast, and get some rest without having to wait. Thank you for everything. I'm sure I'll be back again soon! 😊

9 amazing days. The room was excellent—clean, modern, and minimalistic, with everything you need but nothing excessive. It wasn’t cluttered or tacky, exactly as shown in the pictures. Fully equipped with towels, toiletries, and more. Both heating and air conditioning were available for your preference. The view was absolutely stunning, with the Atlantic Ocean right in front of you, unobstructed. The long, wide beach was a spectacular sight from the balcony. Alvor was peaceful and uncrowded, offering pure relaxation. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. If you follow a special diet and inform them when booking, they’ll accommodate your needs, such as plant-based or lactose-free options. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and attentive, both at reception and during breakfast. They were always ready to assist, but never intrusive—truly wonderful people. I will definitely return. Huge compliments to the hotel, and thank you for your outstanding service!

The only thing I can mention is that the water pressure in the shower was weak, but other than that, everything was a perfect 10/10.

perfect location - a few minutes to the beach and a few minutes walk to town. The staff were wonderful, very friendly. Beautiful hotel. The heated outdoor swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. We got a surprise upgrade on arrival. :-)

Need to replenish items daily like coffee capsules. 5 nights there and coffee was never replaced. Tissues in bathroom never replaced. No iron in room but was available upon calling reception. Instructions for air con would be good, could not turn off unless we took key card out. Lack of storage space for clothes, very little hangers, no drawers

The location was excellent. We had a beautiful sea view from our room, the boardwalk was seconds from the hotel and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Our room was spacious and was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The wall around the pool was being built while we were there so we didn’t end up using the pool area at all as it was noisy and open onto the surrounding road. Obviously this work has to be done at some stage and before high season but it might have been good to know in advance or if the price reflected this. Coming from ireland to Portugal pool time and relaxing is the main aim but thankfully we had a car for the week so we travelled around the Algarve instead.

5 minute walk from the beach boardwalk, the hotel was spotless and the breakfast was delicious and healthy for me and my 3 children. We had the Executive Studio room which had twin beds, a sofa bed and we requested a camp bed also, loads of room and it was cleaned every day with fresh shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels daily. No need to carry beach towels as the hotel provided them free of charge. This is more an adult hotel, but there was a pool for the children and across the non-busy street was green area for football. The beach is 5 minute walk.

Not a negative, but the 5 children aged 7-16 could have done with staying in a hotel with a kids club, but the pool was spotless and the snacks were good.

The rooms were super clean and the bed was really comfortable which made our stay really relaxing. Nice decor, spacious rooms and relaxing environment. The hotel staff was always friendly and with a smile on their faces, they were helpful and the service was of really good quality. The location of the hotel was more than perfect, in a quiet location, only a few meters away from the beautiful sandy beach, and just a short walk away from the cute little city center of Alvor where you had plenty of options for restaurants and bars.

We do not have anything to complain about, our stay was relaxing and perfect.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk to a clean, peaceful beach that was free from any hassle or overcrowding. The beach is perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the Algarve. The hotel’s food offerings were exceptional. The fresh bakery products, cheeses, vegetables, and fruits at breakfast were of high quality, and the à la carte restaurant served delicious meals at fair prices. The bar had a good selection of drinks and cocktails, making it easy to unwind after a day by the beach. The rooms, dining area, reception, and pool facilities were spotless, adding to the overall sense of calm and comfort. The room itself was well-equipped, featuring a fridge, microwave, small cooker, dishwasher, and even an ironing board. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The balcony was spacious, with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The hotel offers an ideal spot for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway without any hassle. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the city center, a charming, typical Portuguese town. There is parking available on demand, though there is a fee during peak season. I didn’t notice any EV charging points, but this didn’t affect my stay. This property also offers package holidays through Jet2, making it a great option for families. Although there was a minor issue with the shower flooding the bathroom due to poor drainage, it was a small inconvenience. The staff were efficient, responding promptly to any requests, though tea, coffee, and water supplies weren't replenished during the stay.
