Staff was just amazing , I’m Portuguese and my husband is Scottish we went for 10 days and all the staff made an effort with everyone , the staff from Restaurante She’ll are just amazing , Specially Solange from the restaurant always so attentive. Just think it’s a bit expensive for 25 euros for a meal , I think it’s a bit expensive .

The hotel needs a bit of improvement in the swimming pool area as well as the playground for the kids as it was closed. The laundrette was also advertised but not available. The restaurant breakfast was good however the dinner was slightly cold and there weren’t many options for kids. There were also no basic foods like chips and rice which should be available every night. Overall it was okay, the swimming pool should be open longer and inflatables should be allowed in the pool.

Staff were generally extremely pleasant and helpful, food was very good. Pool was functional for children. It was very clean. Pillow choice and quality was good. Breakfast was superb and restaurant staff amazing! The pool bar is amazing value for money and the lady running is very nice and food is good and great value. Cheap ice cream and drinks and food all day. Great for families

Play park and gym broken or closed. Shower in apartment was poor and flooded the bathroom, the apartment was dated but clean. Hair drier was barely functional. Bed was uncomfortable and rock hard. Needs a refurb. Reception overnight was rude and abruptly told me on late arrival my room was canceled and seemed to enjoy scoring over me. The wait of up to 20 mins at reception was not good. Pool would benefit from music as would reception. It was on some days but mostly not.

The hotel was very clean, staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The pool area was well maintained, cleaned regularly, and has a lifeguard on duty. The pool area is secured when it is not in use, which is great when travelling with small children. The amenities like the tennis court, football pitches, and games room were well maintained and clean. There is a supermarket and mini market within walking distance of the hotel, and the small cafe/bar onsite has a good selection of food, drinks, and treats.

The cost of the buffet in the Shell Bar was quite expensive at 25 euro for an adult and 12.50 for a child with a limited selection available. We paid 125 euro the day we arrived and left the restaurant hungry.

Nice pool, very big and clean! The food was great and the staff were very kind! Nice café and bar! And the times for eating were perfect, so it was amazing! And for the price it's so worth it, I will recommend for my friends and other families members 😎😎👍

The location of this hotel is not the best, but we can work with it and personally I think the rooms should be updated.

Everything was super clean always and I’m a clean freak! Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall perfect place to stay. Everyone that works here is so friendly and nice. Would stay here again forsure. Enjoyed 4 nights wish I could’ve stayed longer.

a lot of ants but that’s the only complaint and it seems there’s ants everywhere no matter where you go in Portugal so it’s really not that big of a deal.

All staff were kind , patient and friendly. The room was big , clean , homely and comfortable. The pool was the icing on the cake. The lady at the pool restaurant was very welcoming and the food was great. Breakfast was fantastic and offered many choices. Nunu and 2 other reception staff, the lady who checked us in and another lady helped us arrange tours and were very supportive and patient. All the staff were great.

I can’t think of any thing negative at all.

A really nice but a bit old hotel with all the pros and cons. The weather wasn't too hot so we havent tried any of the facilities. The beds were comfy, and we had the basics to cook some food.

The elevator was next to the room so we heard it when it was running, not too many people were in the hotel so not too many used it during the night. The boiler was running for long time and was a bit loud.

Best choice we could have made! Cleaning at it's best, we had our beds made every single day, verry spacious and well proportiones, great view,aso.

Dinner time was odd...for a holliday destination, to not be able to eat at the restaurant after 9pm was a little bit strange....though the food was excelent!!! Verry tasty, little variety but just enough, and they they didn't repeat menus!

The hotel room is very big and clean and it smells nice! The stuff is very friendly and they help you with everything and answer any questions you have! The breakfast was good and you have a lot of variety! It’s worth the money! :D

The internet is not the best! If your room is close to the entrance there will be noises until midnight! But the experience was nice even so!

The location and the facilities were really nice. The 2 bedroom fit 5 people easily and the pool was a nice area to hang out.

We wish they offered more frequent cleaning services or at least provided stuff for us to do it ourselves. For example although we had a full kitchen, we weren’t provided any cleaning supplies such as soap.
