The employees are extremely helpful and friendly which made a difference in our stay. We liked the facilities in general. The apartment was spacious for a family with a baby and everything we asked was provided for our stay such as a baby crib and a highchair. We had dinner and breakfast included and the meals were very tasty and with great service. We would recommend this property for a stay with family.

Spacious apartment, family friendly, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Friendly staff. Lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Apartment cleaned daily. Family fun activities during the day and some nights. Nice breakfast. Amazing cocktails. This was our 3rd time in vitors, travelling as a family of 7, 4 adults (parents and grandparents) and 3 children. We especially love all the daytime games with Ru! We have just returned home and are already planning our visit for next year.

Space and comfort are perfect. There is no need for a car. it's easy to get Uber. Easy to travel around Algarve area. We even did a day trip by Coach from Portimao to Lisbon. Buy tickets in advance for a cheaper price. We were able to pay as you go with food at the restaurant. Breakfast and evening meal was superb. Snacks in between. Travelled with my 21 and 17 year old daughters. The room is cleaned to a high standard every day, and toiletries are restocked when low. Second time visiting.

Virtually everything! The pool is fantastic and we had lots of fun in the pool. The cafe served very nice food and the staff were all great. Our pool view room was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony for enjoying the evening sunshine. The football pitch was the highlight for our 8 year old boy! Vitor’s Plaza is an excellent family hotel.

The kitchen in the room could do with a few more utensils and pans in order to aid making the odd meal in the room. If you stay in the room to cook then you are more likely to stay at the hotel in the evening for drinks. The football pitch could do with a fence or barrier around it.

Travelled with my wife and 2 kids 1 and 5 year old. Superb spacious rooms with kitchen Good facilities and entertainment. Minimarket inside 3 swimming pools9 Excellent Daily housekeeping Excellent overall staff. Even though my 5 year old conversed with the receptionist for long time ,she entertained him with all the excitement. Overall in my opinion, it is the perfect destination for a family with kids

Breakfast was exactly the same for all the days with not much variety. While generally 4 star hotels have much more options in their breakfast menu.

We had a really lovely stay at Vitor's Plaza. The apartments are a great size and exceptionally clean - the cleaners come every day, which is a bonus. My kids loved the pool and the football pitch (the activities/ entertainment host is fab). It's around a 30 minute walk into Portimao where there are plenty of shops and restaurants, although overall we preferred going the other way towards Alvor.

There was quite a lot of noise from other apartments (next door especially)... never ideal to be woken up on holiday multiple times a night by someone else's child!

Very helpful and pleasant reception staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The apartments are big enough, but not cozy. There is a small shop in the hotel, and a large supermarket is about a kilometer away. The nature of Portimao is very beautiful, especially the coasts are wonderful. Vitors plaza is a good hotel for a budget vacation.

Old cutlery of terrible design, worn upholstery and torn towels. The maids clean the rooms daily, but very poorly, and the common corridors were not cleaned at all during our 9-day stay. The soundproofing of the door is very poor, everything can be heard from the corridor. The hotel has a self-service laundry, but the laundry equipment is prehistoric and was broken during part of our stay.

Staff were very helpful. This was our second time staying in the hotel. We have a small toddler so we spent a lot of time around the hotel due to naps and early bed times and we really enjoyed our stay as the facilities are very good.

While we understand that there is entertainment on every night, our last night had karaoke on that was so loud with very drunk people shouting and singing that it sounded as if it was in our apartment. We rang the reception about this and they told us it would be over at 11. We were extremely disappointed as it is a family hotel and it was impossible for any of us to sleep. When the karaoke ended the group proceeded to continue drinking, shouting and singing in a seating area that was located by our ground floor apartment balcony. It was not ideal at all for a family stay and the hotel did not manage this properly.

I like the Swimming pool , location, all Staff and entertainment. Also the Air-conditioning in every room.

Some people smoke to much and they are allowed to smoke on every area even at the swimming pool area..... This is not healthy for family with kids and babys around. Breakfast is every day the same and not much of variety . One of the toilets had no much space ( when my kids sat hes arm was against the washbasin) so he had to turnover to sit comfortable.
