Beautiful hotel, well maintained gardens and pool areas. Staff friendly. Spa is lovely and very clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped.

If you need any help the delays are very long. ( we couldn't turn the TV off as the remotes where not working, this we reported to the reception but after waiting hours we went and bought some batteries, so we could turn the TV off and sleep at night, next day the staff turned up to ask if they could check our problem, not very efficient). The all-inclusive hotel is something that I like but here I wouldn't recommend, the breakfast is great but the dinners where not the highlights of the day. The selection is not the expected and the quality is far from being the best.

The modern room with a comfortable bed. Fresh bottle water is available every day in the room ( in a glass bottle). Chocolate is given every day to each room. 3 swimming pools with different sizes ( plus one for adults and one for small kids). Paddle and football fields. Towels that could be exchanged all day long at the swimming pool area. Staff is super friendly, remembering kids name and joking with them. Modern facility.

The food in all restaurants is a very low quality, low variety, and simply not tasty. Parking is far away from the hotel, making daily trips challenging as there was not always staff available to bring us with an electric shuttle to this parking. It is very difficult when you have small kids and you have to walk from parking to the hotel.

The villas were all set out lovely, and pools were great especially for little ones as we went to meet grandkids.... the all inclusive was good in the essenze buffet ( main restaurant) they had themed food nights and there was something for everyone... the other restaurants you had to book... as we were premium all inclusive we used the mad med restaurant for breakfast and we were served and could choose breakfast which they made to order so fresh omelette, scrambled eggs, etc

The Italian restaurant was great first time we went but second time lasagne was cold( but bowl was red hot) we told staff straight away and they took it away.... ten minutes later another dish came back but was still the same ( cold) so we said we didn't want it and went to the essenze main buffet .

Superb family holiday. Everything you could wish for. It is rare on holidays that sunbeds are available. Not here. There were always sunbeds available. And if they weren't then the staff would organise additional ones for you. Towels are not stringent. They are readily available with no restrictions. The drinks are served in glass or decent quality cups, not paper like many all inclusives. The rooms were simply incredible. Comfortable and always cleaned to a high standard. The rooms had coffee machines which were refilled with fresh coffee pods each day. The fridge had beer and champagne. The food was fantastic with a range of an additional 3 restaurants that can be booked in advance. We really loved this place as there were no single sex groups and the hotel had a really friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Not so much as something we didn't like but probably more of an amusement factor than anything.... ;-) The room had a glass screen between the shower and the bedroom and the only privacy was a curtain which our little boy loved opening when we were in the bathroom... ;-)

I think that for an all-inclusive five-star hotel there should be more quality in the buffet restaurant and in the hotel's entertainment. The night shows are very poor. Many employees without adequate training, especially in the Buffet, almost always lacked glasses, cutlery, very poor service without the minimum category for those who pay 3000 euros or more to stay there for a week. Several days with company events that have a negative impact on the stay

The food in the restaurant was not always hot. The options for breakfast was not as luxurious as promised.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special shoutout to Mohammed and his team in the Essence dining area — their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made each meal more enjoyable. The staff at The Cookout and the bar were also amazing — always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The food was good with a nice variety, and the facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that the adults-only pool could benefit from a bit of background music or DJ to help create more of a laid-back vibe — but that’s a very minor suggestion in an otherwise amazing stay.

Staff in reception and restaurant are friendly and offer fantastic service! My daughter loved the kids club. We booked a trip to the Benagil caves which was great and even saw some dolphins.

We checked in and were told to book for the non-buffet restaurants @ the VIP tent. Person dealing with the restaurant bookings was unhelpful and told us bookings were full for the following night (Friday). We asked if there was a waiting list and she flat out said NO - did not offer any other alternatives! When we went back a bit later another person was there and she managed to get a booking for the Friday night at an earlier sitting - which we were not offered before! The pools could do with some more cleaning as we found the children's and adult's pool quite slimy.

The wide selection, and quality, of the food, including there being a variety of restaurants within the hotel to choose from. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Sketchy WiFi and very limited bar selection at the adults-only pool. Not sure the premium all inclusive was worth the extra money for a short stay, but it might be for a longer stay as it gives you more choice and a separate breakfast area.
