Two-bedroom suite was amazing! Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Children's play area is very cute. Beach was very nice.

Breakfast food is worse than in Cuba resorts. Very poor selection and not of good quality. We haven't tried the dinner "buffet a la carte" - whatever that meant, because I wouldn't eat food produced by the same kitchen for 35 EUR per person. The only snack bar by the pool offers decent food, a bit overpriced, but working from noon to 6:30 pm only. Hotel advertises having a beach, but beach umbrellas and chairs are not included in the hotel price.

We were a bit sceptical due to some poor reviews, but our experience was nothing short of perfect. We stayed in the family suite, very modern, sleek and spacious - a kitchen, living room and 2 separate bedrooms each of them with a separate access to the (same) bathroom (that includes a bidet). Two spacious balconies with fabulous views over the sea. The staff at the reception, pool and restaurant were always kind, helpful and professional. Very good breakfast with lots of choices. All areas we’ve been to were clean. We parked for free on the street, but the hotel also has a parking space for a reasonable daily fee.

The capacity of elevators. If you are in higher floors you normally have space to enter, however, if you are in floors from 2-7, chances are the elevator will always be full when it comes down to your floor, especially at breakfast time. So ask for a room in a higher floor :)

I didn’t like the fact that there’s no help from the hotel to transport luggage to the Marina! At least a motorized Golf cart to carry luggage to the Pier. This is the first time for me, staying in a resort without any type of motorized scooter or Golf cart to help passengers with their luggage. Totally unacceptable. The days we were there were rainy days, it rained every night and we had to walk with luggage in the rain to the Marina and the Pier! This is totally unacceptable! You don’t have to pay a driver to do that all day, what you need is to have a motorized Cart stationed at the hotel that anyone can drive when necessary to carry the guests and their luggage. Please consider that for the future!

I had a great stay, the room was amazing and huge! Wasn't expecting so much space. The view was also a plus, and the hotel itself is beautiful. But my minibar wasn't working, the telephone in the room wasn't working and the air conditioner (even if it's a climatizer) was so mild I hardly even felt it. Everything else was awesome :)

The location is good, the view from the balcony is amazing and the studio very comfortable and clean. It has what you need to cook simple meals.

The indoor swimming pool was dirty. It would be nice to have more sun lounges.

Staff, meaning Patricia, she was always working hard at the pool bar and breakfast, always with a smile and a warm welcome. Five stars for this girl.

Magnífico hotel para familias. Personal amabilísimo. Estupendo desayuno. Situación espectacular, a 5 minutos de la playa.
