The location, the parking accesses and possibilities, the key code to enter the building gives additional protection to the users. Near access to Beach and other commodities.

The reception working hours should be better adapted to the location where the apartments are. The possibility of having B&B could be better exploited. The smell that was coming from trash bin shows that the cleaning activity prior to our arrival was not done perfectly, the malfunction of the blinds, no blinds at all on the front facing windows.

We were surprised by the spacious apartment and stunning view of the marina. It was also very clean and we appreciated the included parking spot in the garage, as it is generally difficult to find a parking spot is the streets nearby as it is always full.

The apartment could have some minor improvements, i.e, the freezer was completely frozen and unusable, some lamps showed usage signs and there was no microwave. luckily we only used the fridge so we did not have any constrains in that.

Spacious (two-level) Apartment. Bright and modern interior. Kitchen with all amenities. Bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Second bath rooms at entry level. Including parking spot in garage. Two TV-sets (Dinner and bed room).

Some final touch (repairing balcony door; fixing some curtains, etc.,…) required. But no problem during stay.

The location was very good. Right next to the ferry and restaurants. Away from the city's noise but close enough to the attractions.

The cleaning of the room wasn't consistent. Also, if the property manager wants the tenants to wash dishes, please provide a detergent.

It was hard to check in because I didn't realise I had to go to a separate hotel owned by the same company. I had no idea where the hotel was

The apartment was very big, cleaned regularly, and located amazing. You should pick up keys at troia residence hotel - which is really not a problem - 6 mins from the apartment. Area is very green.

It was comfortable and accommodated all our basic needs.

We were at a loss on how to find bed sheets and pillow for the extra bed (we were three people and had an extra bed in the living room).

long way to walk to check in, and not proper information about how and where to make check in and get key-card. I used 1 hour to find out and fix it. Did not find ashtray to put in balcony. also, in all my previous hotel-stays, it’s normal that cleaning are done without putting a sign on the door. It was obviously oposite, and for me it’s not normal. (I’ve worked as a supervisor around the world and have had 200-250 nights at hotel every year. So I’m surprised that it’s done in such way.

Fantastic view, amazing service, great food nearby.

The floors are a bit old and worn out. But the bed was very comfy and the assistance to adjust the AC was very good ontime.
