Everything was perfect! Great Hotel with great staff! Breakfast and dinner were really delicious!! It placed in very quite area. There lots of restaurants around! In Setubal is one of the greatest fish and seafood market!

The only thing we did not like is the location. Its a bit too far from the center and other activities and shopping places. To get there you should use the rental car. But despite this fact there are a few good restaurants with seafood. The Hotel also has their own restaurants with great cuisine!

The included free breakfast was buffet style featuring fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals, meats, eggs, pancakes, veggies, cheese and cold cuts, and a wide variety of baked goods - muffins, croissants, bread, rolls, various sweet pastries, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate, orange juice, tomato juice, pineapple juice apple juice, lemon water and cucumber water. The hotel was clean and modern, with nice restaurant and bar. Elevators were very quick, free underground parking, but tight however with our fiat 500, it wasn't too bad. Quiet residential neighbor hood about 15-20 minutes walk from center of Setùbal Avenida Luiza Todi with shops, groceries, cafes and restaurants. There is a nice market just across from the hotel, and a few other restaurants closer to the hotel. Friendly, hard working staff.

Overall, the hotel is good, and the room as well. There is parking available, but the entrance is problematic; we couldn’t enter due to the size of our car, so we parked on the street without any issues. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet, and there is a kettle provided.

The breakfast is neither tasty nor diverse. I can’t even understand how it’s possible to ruin scrambled eggs like this. There’s not much to do in Setubal, but the surrounding areas are very beautiful.

Seems to be newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The half board dinner that was included in our booking was surprisingly good.

Service was lacking at times. For example, if you want to buy a drink from the bar, you always have to find someone to serve you as it is usually deserted. A few of the staff have attitude. Parking is a nightmare. You basically have to be a professional stunt driver to get in and out of their parking garage.

We had a nice room and the public areas of the hotel were very pleasant. We had dinner one evening on the fixed menu. The meal and service was excellent and good value for money. There was free parking at the hotel which was handy

Dinner was great but breakfast could have been better. There was a good choice of quality food but the hot stuff just wasn't hot which was a real shame

Very nice and clean hotel, modern, well appointed, the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. Close to the beach and not too far from the airport.

Unfortunately there was a water pipe that burst on the street the morning of our departure. Nothing the hotel had any control over, and they did offer us a late check out, but we had to leave early anyway. The city is not too clean, it may be better during the high season.

Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices of very good quality. We had access to underground parking. We are good walkers and we’re able to walk to old town and up to the fortress on the hill for a magnificent view and sat for beverages and soaked in the view It was near to walk to the ferry terminal. So it was a good location

The king size bed sounds luxurious but I find it a little large, a mutte point as most would find it a luxury. I don’t like the hump in the middle from two box springs. The condensed foam is unusual feeling to sleep on. Really small issues as most would enjoy it.

Perhaps the nicest hotel we stayed in during our 2-week tour of Portugal -- with a large room and nice furnishings. It is close to places to eat. Despite being downtown, it is quiet. The breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel caters to tour groups -- breakfast was a bit of zoo and noisy as tour groups were trying to quickly take their breakfast and get to the bus.

The facilities were immaculately clean and well presented. There was a safe in the room and parking available for the hire car. The staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant and service was great.

The location was not the best, it was a bit of a walk into the CBD and places of interest. This may not be an inconvenience for younger travellers though. If I may make a suggestion, a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom would be great.

The hotel has an excellent location walking to the center, comfortable bed, ample space in the room and bathroom, wonderful free parking, fantastic breakfast for two included in the price of the room and a cozy, but stylish bar. The most outstanding feature was the customer service. All the 6 front desk attendants were excellent as suggesting restaurants or interesting things to visit in town. Also, great problem solving for two issues (1/ the cleaning crew had taken away a half-finished special bottle of Shampagne thinking we were not going to drink it anymore; after I expressed my disappointment with the front desk, they sent us another bottle free of charge and made us feel wonderful again; 2/ we forgot our electrical adapters in the room and the staff retrieved them and we were able to pick them up a few days later). The food during breakfast and later afternoon was fantastic. I have rarely seen such selection during the breakfast buffet. Kudos to the chef! The staff was delightful in accommodating every one of our requests. Much appreciated our stay and we already recommended it to several friends and colleagues within out professional and personal networks. Keep up the good work!
