Great service friendly people

To the son of the hotel owner I would have given whole 10 points but telling a guest or tourist what you told me is simply a no go. I wanted to put the beer on the hotel room and you really tell me that your father doesn't like it and the person shall pay by card or with money. Then later I am asked again to pay the beer as I heard that the beer was not mentioned as sold. This is a no go. You are a hotel so you should be prepared and help the tourist or guest and not that the guest has to adapt to your hotel... The hotel was difficult to reach

Very kind and interested staff. Always recommends good places to relax and eat. Welcomes you like the most welcome friend, with vermouth and home-baked cookies. Coffee, tea and snacks will be available 24/7.

ants don't take any food into your room, then you will have good memories and everything will be fine

Really liked the theme of the hotel which is really awesome and characteristic The staff was amazing! Provided a great experience and they were extremely nice. The room was great and had everything we could need. The breakfast was very good. Unfortunately we could not try the pool but it looked great as well.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. They took time to tell me the best places to visit, best restaurants etc and even invited for dinner. I can recommend staying in the hotel.

Staff was super friendly. Super attentive. When we arrived, we were asked if we were in the area before. And they proceeded to give us a map and show us the best beaches to visit. Even mentioned the local village party if we wanted to visit. The staff made a huge amazing impression on our stay!

We loved everything. The staff was very pleasent , frindly and available. The commoditiees were excelent for the price we have paid. It was everything clean. No dust, nothing to comment relative to that. The room was very cosy. The bed was comfortable and king size. Two pillows for each as i like. The pressure on the shower was great. The pool was very cosy, the water was at a great temperature. To return for sure when we need a place in Setubal to stay. 1st of all in STB

the shower gel was very fragrant and pleasant, but it was necessary to use a lot to be able to shower. could be more concentrated and make more foam

Comfortbale, big bed. Breakfast was good. No buffet, you ordered what you want the evening before. The staff were very friendly.

The location was not scenic. We looked down on the neighbors back garden and its on a busy road. Hotel was very basic. Pool area is overstated in the photos. There were several walls that needed repair.

Great, friendly and professional staff. Tasty breakfast with a nice view. Bar with a good selection of drinks. I got a room with a nice balcony. Free private parking.

No restaurants around within a walking distance.

Clean. Friendly staff. Offered to park my bike safely behind the desk.

A bit out of town. Uber/Bolt fixed that.

The location is not super convenient to anything in particular. It’s not far, but you have to drive.
