Perfectly located on the peninsula: shops, restaurants, ferry and beach in walking distance. Receptionists and breakfast staff were on top of their game. The booked apartment room was spacious and modern, yet the kitchen could be better equipped, and the cleaning staff was a bit negligent. (They did not clean our glasses or put the bed pillow back on the bed etc. Bathroom is small but fine. Comfy bed. Enjoyed the usb power outlets at the bedside, the lighting, and the balcony. Smart TV did not have Prime video or Netflix app to connect with, mirroring from smart phone worked though. Great breakfast with very attentive staff.

Negligent cleaning staff, 1cm crack in the door to hallway, dinner staff was slow and cranky.

Location is good! Is just a few minutes walk from the beache, restaurants & grocery store. Staff is super friendly! Breakfast is good they dont have a lot of options but what they offer is pretty good, the only thing they could change is fresh orange jus. Cleaning was on point everyday. We didn't use the swimmingpools but they looked nice. They offer some free parking spaces near the hotel but they are not garanted so if the hotel is full you will have to pay for their underground parking space.

Lovely hotel, the suite was so nice I could have stayed for a month Amazing sea view and the best sunsets. Restaurant and pool staff absolutely lovely. Food was good and reasonably priced. Location is idyllic, a short walk to the beaches and the marina.

I was disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed, I get it's seasonal but I like outdoor swimming in cold water. The reception staff were helpful but I felt that they could have had a warmer manner, felt a bit like I was imposing on their day.

The property is located in a quiet location which is good in winter if you want some peace. The breakfasts are very nice and satisfying. The staff are very friendly.

What I really didn’t like about the property is that the bathroom doors and bedroom doors do not have a lock on them. I rented an apartment and stayed there with my parents. It was a two bedroom apartment. It is awkward not being able to lock the bedroom or bathroom doors. The shower leaked water and needed fixing. Also one of the kitchen drawers was broken and I had to fix it myself. The supermarket across the road is a rip off. The only one for miles. Even buying a pack of crisps or water is sooo expensive. I also found the ferry to the mainland to be quite expensive compared to similar services I have used in other countries. The hotel is quite secluded so it does use this to its advantage. Certain things around the area are a bit expensive when they don’t need to be.

The hotel is well located, right in front of the ONLY supermarket in town and relatively near the Marina of Troia (where all restaurants are located). The breakfast was delicious and had A LOT of options including options cooked in the spot by the chefs. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Despite having a private (paid) garage parking, I wish the hotel had more public parking space for check-in/out.

All the amenities other than the indoor pool (which was being renovated) were great. The weather was not very hot but it was still pleasant to go to the beach.

Only the ability to use the indoor pool. We were given the option of using the indoor pool in the hotel next door. This meant we had to then take a small child out of the building which was not ideal.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms feel more like apartments with a small kitchen, which was perfect as we were celebrating my birthday. So we could keep a cake and some drinks in the fridge. The room was very spacious and we loved the view from our room. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great, a good selection and more than enough to start you into the day. The location of the hotel is great as you can walk everywhere or just take a short drive to other towns.

It's Not a 5 stars for sure. Lack of space in crowded breakfast. Lack of maintenance in the pool, rusting metals and mouldy decks on the interior. Jacuzzi out of service for long time No Sauna or Turkish baths. Limited parking space occupied all the time.

Perfect location, close to everything in Troia. Great facilities, good breakfast.

Some noisy Irish customers who do not respect other guests and speak too loud and listen to their phones video out loud at breakfast and at the pool. The staff should pay attention to this and let them know they must respect others.

There was terrible smell outside the hotel for the first day, it was impossible to open windows. Luckily it changed the next day. Coffee in breakfast was terrible, it can’t be that way in 5 star hotel. Poor offer for dinner, overpriced. Only 2 elevators - we came to the hotel after walk and lobby was full of new people, so we had to stay in line to get to our room what was on 13th floor
