Standard maximum 3* hotel in convenient location not too far from the beach, not too far from the City centre, not too far from the Shopping mall. Good water pressure in the shower, small bath also available in the bathroom, clean towels. Free but limited car parking place available in front of the hotel. Air conditioner. Small TV set is available but we did not try it. Helpful staff.

I choose hotel because of promised free car parking which is not available if you are late, after 19:00 it is completely full. Limited breakfast options. for one day it is OK, but if You stay for a week than just one type of beans, sausages and eggs are annoying.

Spacious suite with sofa bed, table and chairs and tv, with an unexpected bonus :terrace with barbecue, bathroom with bathtub. The beds are extremely comfortable and slept well during our stay. The sofa could be used as it was a pull out sofa bed. AC was great and housekeeping too! Cute breakfast area and lovely decor . Breakfast was great everyday, nice selection of breads, fruits, charcuterie, even had scrambled eggs, bacon , mini sausages and delicious fresh fruit everyday. Every level was equipped with a microwave and kettle ! Staff was great and always with a smile :)

The only thing to mention is Not a lot of parking spaces around the area (obvs not the hotels fault) to use the hotel garage and to go to the -1 floor it was quite a steep descending slope, so be cautious when driving down.

Hotel is pretty good. It is located on a busy street so some street noises will be something to take into consideration. If you are not a light sleeper it wont be to big of an issue. Staff is really nice and helpfull. Breakfast is good, different options so there is something for everyone. The staff makes sure everything is restocked regularly so there is always enough and it is fresh. From the hotel you can easyly walk to the bay, the city center or other sites.

The only issue for us and this only partially to blame on the hotel is the noises coming from the hallway. If you have people with 0 sense of decorum that only think about them selfs and need to have a full conversation when they walk in the hallway...... Then the thin doors and the fact there is minimal sound insulation, will wake you up.

First and foremost that it is family friendly. The hotel had a special corner set for kids with toys, the breakfast was really good. Diffferent options, all really tasty. The location is really good, close to restaurants and other facilities. the staff was really friendly and we are so grateful that they allowed us to do the check in three hours earlier than expected. We really recommend it, and we will definitely come back. Thanks a lot to all the staff of Hotel Laitau!

Parking space a bit narrow in front of the hotel. We saw that there was a garage, but maybe it was full since we weren't told that we could park there. Either way it is not a big issue.

The kindness and friendliness of the staff, the parking, the room and facilities. It had a children area with a little kitchen, that we've seen children very happy playing with and lovely Christmas decorations. The staff called us without us requesting but because they remembered we said we had an early flight and we were not for breakfast at the time we mentioned we would. That was very thoughtful and could have saved us from missing the flight in case we were actually late. Very comfortable rooms, great shower, it made our stay in Setúbal even better, thank you 🙂

The staff were amazing. Cheyenne checked us in and was spectacular. Property was very clean, and breakfast was decent. Rooms were a little dated, but clean. Worked for our needs.

One problem I had was the strong detergent smell on the sheets. Seems to be common through Europe, but we would prefer non scented detergent as it causes us allergic reactions.

very clean hotel at a very good price including breakfast, free parking in front of the hotel, 10 minutes walk to the historic center, very attentive friendly staff, has elevator and good internet, if you don't like the noise of the main street, you would be in good hands at the back of the hotel like rooms 403,405,407 or on the other floors on the same side, there is a smaller, quieter street and the rooms have a wide view of the greenery and the local Neighborhood

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Close to beach, town centre and train station. Good breakfast. I would certainly choose this hotel again in the future.

Occasionally noisy from street. It's not the fault of the hotel, this unfortunately due to hotel's location

The room was plain but comfortable and a good value for the price, especially since the rate included breakfast, which was really delicious.

There was nothing that we did not like. Since we were in the family room that sleeps four, the only issue was that the adjoining room with two twin beds did not have an airconditoning unit. But it was no issue for our stay as the weather was cool.

Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was sufficient. Friendly staff. Walkable to the market and harbour etc.

My son's added bed was a little uncomfortable and parking was a bit difficult as the garage and outdoor spaces were full, though a staff member came up with a solution.
