The staff are friendly and helpful. What I liked are the large room, comfortable bed, quality linen, cleanliness, balcony and sea view (but I think not every room has view to the sea). Overall I am satisfied with my choice of accommodation. The hotel is located at a high point in the city, so it is worth arriving by car or finding out about public transport in advance. There isn't much dining options near the hotel, but you can buy a few things at the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, I was satisfied with it.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not in its heyday, could do with a renovation, but still it is a nice place to stay.

The view is stunning. Room is spacious and has everything you need plus a balcony to step out on. Breakfast was ample and a fair price, and you could get coffee or tea any time of day, with no charge. The staff was wonderful, and very helpful, giving a little history of Setubal and recommending restaurants. Parking underneath was easy. If you wanted, you could walk down the hill to the center ~ about 15-20 minutes.

The only thing that was a little funny was a certain smell, not sure what it was. But opening the slider to the balcony took care of it.

Huge rooms, massive comfortable beds. Lovely balcony overlooking the whole town and port. We arrived very late and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Easy journey from Lisbon Airport and easy to find on top of the town hill. Will definitely return when given the opportunity. Very affordable prices too.

The parking access could have light, at night is really dark. Breakfast variety could be improved.

High above the city, so a bit far from the centre. No problem of you have car.

The hotel had amazing views of the city and waterfront. The room was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking. The reception manager recommended an excellent restaurant and it did not disappoint.

It is an older hotel, so it looks a bit tired. However, it was not an issue.

Did not bother us but the hotel lack of facilities like bar & restaurant within it. To be fair they just have been taken over by B&B This place has huge potential

The hotel overall and rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment - the place is very good nevertheless, but it could look wow.

I liked my room,it was clean. I couldnt find a socket beside my bed table, that is the only inconvenience I had. On the other hand, I would suggest that the bathroom, sink area and specifically around the faucet to be cleaned better. Also, I found the bathroom seat/stool to have stains.Otherwise, I had an enjoyable experience.

Everything. Especially views are wonderful. and free coffee in the lobby after walk, (uphill is hard and I never used a cab or bus) to the hotel is an exellent idea. If you will to be better, put the water automaton next to the coffee automaton.
