The swimming pool is nice! Easy access by car, big free parking lot. The staff was nice and helpful. For me it was a good point that breakfast can be excluded from the room price, those who don't eat in the morning can save some euros.

A little bit too far from the Setubal City, you need to have a car or book Uber to get there. No too many attractions nearby. The interior is a little bit outdated, but with a renovated bathroom. The bed is very soft, not recommended for people with spinal illnesses or problems.

Preliminary communication with the hotel was very good - quick and clear answers. Friendly and professional service on site. Check-in was simple and fast, even though there were 9 of us. Provided full information about breakfast and infrastructure. Breakfast is great, rich and varied. Large convenient parking. Everything in the rooms is compact and convenient. Nice lobby with the place to print if you need something. Clean both in the rooms and in the common areas. I recommend it with all my heart!

Everything was great! Perhaps it would have been great to receive information about possible activities around in advance in messages. But these are more wishes than negative feedback.

The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and made our check-in a breeze. The entire hotel is modern and very clean, as was our room. The area is very quiet at night and has plenty of parking at the lot across from the hotel, which is free. In the morning I had breakfast on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which had good bandwidth. It was good value for the money.

The room at ibis is a bit on the small side, but we only needed the room for one night. Also, it would be nice if the windows had a screen in order to keep out insects.

The two-star hotel provided a very pleasant and welcoming experience, with exceptionally friendly staff. Mrs. Carlos at reception and the two cleaning ladies were particularly helpful during an unexpected situation, for which I am deeply grateful. I certainly plan to return in the future.

Be there for such a short time 🙂

It was pretty spacious for a room. Staff was nice, gave us all the information we asked for. We had all the amenities. Bathroom was very spacious. View was quite nice. We saw a cats house by the inner entrance to the hotel which was so sweet. Pool was very clean even though we didn't have a chance to use it.

The room's itself design looked quite old. For the price I expect something newer. There was no shower door, so all the splater went on the floor and since we had no slippers it was sort of an issue. Also the room didn't feel very airy or fresh when we walked in.

The hotel is in a nice location. Very good breakfast served and absolute excellent staff in all positions. Good air condition which was needed. Will use again if and when needed.

Not much at all to dislike, if anything. Maybe the ants in the bedroom, but that may have been because of some sweets I had in my bedroom. Easily sorted by the cleaners and they never turned up again, the ants.

The IBIS sign easily visible from the main road. Arrived in heavy rain - the parking is near the front door, but there is also a useful portico to unload bags. There is a useful snack bar with a good menu. There is a computer work station. Good reception staff, who know the area and were able to make local excellent recommendations and provide a street map!

The staff was absolutely amazing, I love the facilities and it's so quiet and peaceful. I always take sometime off just to spend a few days there. Mostly, everyone from the staff makes you feel at home!

Nothing to say... I just love it!

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Not long after arriving, the arm of my spectacles came off. On taking it to reception Phillipa was able to repair it for me. Big Thank You !!

Location was a little far out of town

it was in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful and there was the added bonus of the outdoor swimming pool. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great stay! Breakfast was ok, was just missing a but of warm food but that wasn’t so bad anyway because they had a pancake machine and that was super fun to watch!

No warm breakfast items.
