Perfect view of the harbor, clean apartment, friendly staff

It was hard to check in because I didn't realise I had to go to a separate hotel owned by the same company. I had no idea where the hotel was

The apartment was very big, cleaned regularly, and located amazing. You should pick up keys at troia residence hotel - which is really not a problem - 6 mins from the apartment. Area is very green.

It was comfortable and accommodated all our basic needs.

We were at a loss on how to find bed sheets and pillow for the extra bed (we were three people and had an extra bed in the living room).

long way to walk to check in, and not proper information about how and where to make check in and get key-card. I used 1 hour to find out and fix it. Did not find ashtray to put in balcony. also, in all my previous hotel-stays, it’s normal that cleaning are done without putting a sign on the door. It was obviously oposite, and for me it’s not normal. (I’ve worked as a supervisor around the world and have had 200-250 nights at hotel every year. So I’m surprised that it’s done in such way.

My Apartment was in the D-Block, I had perfect view to watch the Ferry and was close enough to the Park and Convention Center, where most of my activities took place. Going in and out of the building was easy and made me feel safe and confident. The cleaning ladies were incredibly nice, discreet and did amazing work!

I was raining really bad at one day and the walk towards the Hotel to have breakfast was a bit uncomfortable. But it was nothing to have bad feelings about :) Maybe giving out umbrellas to rent for the people at the apartments would be a nice gesture for similar situations? There was a small miscommunication regarding Checkout. After everything was handled and payed for I asked if I should bring the card back and the Lady at the desk told me to leave it on the stool near the entrance inside the apartment. I did just as she told me, and left my apartment at 10:45am but got a call around an hour later asking why I didn't bring the card. I explained the situation and I think everything is ok now.

Fantastic view, amazing service, great food nearby.

The floors are a bit old and worn out. But the bed was very comfy and the assistance to adjust the AC was very good ontime.

location and apartment

the check in is not in the same building and we didn’t know where to go.just asking to another hotel we discovered it. calling on the phone nobody answered. please write the instructions to check in in the building that is nearby.

The location and the apartment in general were very good. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable

The curtains were falling off and the kettle had mold inside. Some of the furniture was also a little worn out but nothing too bad.

The property was a short stroll from the Marina, restaurants, supermarket and had an underground car park. we parked the car up on day one and didn’t need to move until we left on day 3!!

The check in is terrible. No information where to check in and we went round and round in circles trying to find out where it was. Booking needs to get this information and add to instructions

The location is perfect and the apartment is big and comfortable. Also has very nice view.

The only downside is to have to go to check-in in another Hotel, 5 minutes walking from there.
