The Stay Hotel Torres Vedras is perfectly located in the downtown. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Parking is not provided by the hotel. You must park off-site and pay $12 per day. We were there for Carnival which was exciting. We were unable to sleep but such is life! Ear plugs purchased at the pharmacy the second night helped. The breakfast (not included) was good and we decided to eat breakfast downstairs at the local cafe after the first day.

The Booking.com website was very difficult to understand the differences in rooms and pricing. We thought that we booked a room with balcony, but not so. We were unable to change when we arrived as it was fully booked.

we stayed during Carnaval, so we really appreciated the noise canceling windows. Even though we could still hear a lot, the noise was noting compared to the real one outside :D also the room was an amazing size. we had more than enough space for our luggage and even sitting area. amazing room. the staff was also always super welcoming and nice. felt like family for a few days.

the trash can, even though had a good tough about it with all the recycling spacing, was too small. Would be great if the hotel can have in mind the tiny space for each container. And our balcony door was jammed from time to time. But those are small things. overall the place was super clean, big and modern

When I come to work to Torres Vedras I always come to this hotel. It's very well located in the center, with restaurants and services nearby, and all hotel services are exactly what you need for a business trip.

If would be great if the steeple in front of the hotel may be in silence from 9pm. It sounds every quarter until 11pm, which is pretty late when you need to wake up early the next day.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room — it was great for our needs. And what were our needs? To experience Carnaval! And wow, did we ever! All the parades and street parties happened under our second story window…til 4 AM, haha! But we got the experience we were looking for, and this location couldn’t have been better.

The hotel, staff and cleanliness. The staff was quite cooperative. The food was decent, a bit over priced.

If I could suggest one thing, consider the breakfast. It does not accommodate guests who have food allergies. There are no other choices available, pork, bread, pastries, very ripe fruit. It would be great to have a variety of protein and other breakfast foods.

The room was a good size and the bed was large and comfortable.

Plugging in the kettle meant crawling beneath the dressing table, balancing the tray, which was rather undignified!

Not a lot of power outlets in the bedroom, tricky to manage if you have multiple electrical devices you need to charge (we had to turn off the tv). Room doors are heavy and close really loudly, and it’s not easy to close the doors in a way that is not so loud no matter how careful you are, so if there’s a lot of movement in your floor and you want to rest, it’s not great (but we had a really restful night regardless!).

We booked the hotel for Carnaval celebrations and it was perfect for this purpose. Staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful. The facilities are a little tired and in need of updating, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. Perfect for our stay's purpose.

Facilities were nice and well kept. Overall it was very clean. The location is definitely the strong factor of this property. Staff was 10/10.

Very nice and efficient staff! The size of the room and the bed were great! Great terrace and view as well! Good breakfast, love the fact that it’s served until noon!.

Our room had a connection door right next to another room’s bathroom, so the sound coming from there wasn’t properly insulated.
