What a fantastic place! Hotel Immerso is beautifully located just 45 minutes from the Lisbon airport, offering everything you could wish for in a relaxing and refined getaway. It’s a “human-sized” hotel—charming and thoughtfully designed—without the feel of a massive concrete block. Although the hotel was fully booked all week, you’d never know it. The service remained flawless, there was never a lack of space, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. We even had a small issue with the aircon in our room, but it was addressed immediately and professionally—this kind of care truly makes a difference. Its location near Ericeira is ideal, and the refreshing breeze from the Atlantic Ocean is a real bonus, especially compared to the hotter inland areas like Tomar or Óbidos. From our room, we had a stunning elevated view of the ocean—waking up to that every morning was a treat. The hotel is also a great base for day trips to historical and cultural sites, all within 1.5 hours’ drive. In short: Hotel Immerso is a true gem for anyone seeking peace, quality, and a unique coastal experience. We’ll definitely be going back

The property was perfect for me. Very natural environment, quiet, coastal views. Very good access to town and my favourite surf break. I was able to work and have a nice break and feel relaxed. It has just enough balance for a hotel. The food was superb, especially the out door cooking area. I love outdoor cooking and it was amazing. The staff were tentative and very helpful without being too fussy over me. The spa and sauna, out door gym, open space…. Everything is really great and I’m looking forward to my next trip. I was very lucky to enjoy an our door surf movie on my trip which was also amazing. And these should definitely be a regular thing.

The only reason I did not give this my full rating. I think the gym needs some proper equipment and to also be open from 6am instead of 10am. A lot of fitness minded people visit this hotel and it would really be the final part of its perfection if it had a full gym rack and weights. The space is there already.

Beautiful location - quiet with lovely views especially the sunsets. Comfortable bed and clean room with lovely towels, robes and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with excellent fresh fruits and a good selection of freshly cooked menu options. The cocktails were good as well as wine options. the menu was delicious. I dined in all 4 nights of my stay and found plenty of choice. all the staff were welcoming, professional and friendly. As a solo traveller I found this especially helpful for relaxing. I sincerely hope I will return one day.

My first instinct walking into the hotel was "can I extend my stay??". Everything about the place surpassed my expectations - the decor, the cleanliness, the service and friendliness of every member of staff, the quality of services at the spa and the facilities, the view from the room and omg THE FOOD! Absolutely delicious! All the veggies and herbs used are harvested from the hotel garden, and all the seafood is caught fresh - you can definitely taste this! I could go on and on about how wonderful the stay was but I'll end my review with this: if you need a home away from home in Ericeira don't even hesitate in booking at Immerso trust me you wont regret it. I can't wait to visit again.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was beyond perfect.

We really enjoyed our time at Immerso, it was a gorgeous, comfortable few nights. Despite the windy weather we really enjoyed spending time in the pool area and found our room to be lovely and well kept. The staff were a pleasure to interact with. Carolina at the front desk was delightful. We had a dinner at Emme and throughly enjoyed the food and service, with the sommelier taking time to show us various ports to end our meal. Even when we left at 4am the overnight desk person made me a coffee to enjoy before we headed for the airport. We hope to be back!

The hotel is simply gorgeous, with beautiful architecture, stunning views from the terrace, and a very comfortable room. The spa and pool offer the perfect place to unwind, and the restaurant was a real highlight. Above all, the staff were truly amazing and made the stay even more special.

Everything! The spot is perfect. The view on the ocean from the room, the restaurant, and the pool is amazing, with the sunset in the evening. Cleaning is done in the room everyday, water and small cakes are left in the room each day. There is always a spot available at the pool so it’s not like in some hotels where you need to be at the pool at 7:00 am if you want to have a spot. Staff is very friendly. And the hotel is not that big, or at least you do not feel it, so it’s really appreciable. The restaurant is very good. It is more expensive than the average price in Portugal but it is also better than elsewhere in the area. Finally, the hotel is located next to very beautiful beaches and good surf spots (you need a car).

Honestly nothing! But if I need to think of something, maybe it would be more comfortable if the chairs on the room’s terrasse would be lying chairs. Also, the locker in the room was hot inside which was quite weird so we were not comfortable with leaving electronic apparels inside.

Wonderful hotel - a great place to escape and relax! Beautifully designed and very comfortable rooms. An excellent menu and really good breakfast (the fruit plate was a highlight!). All the staff were easy going and very helpful, which for us made it all the more relaxing. The massages we had in the spa were exceptional. Thank you! 💛

Staff are attentive and friendly, especially with the children. We'd come from another hotel, immediately to this one, and the stark difference in treatment and service was like a breath of fresh air. Wonderful. The view was incredible and the hotel is picturesque and well designed. Pool is great and always had a bed free when we wanted it. Location is great for views and a 10 min drive to Ericeira town which is a place we very much recommend.

Price of the hotel is a little high and would have loved more menu variety on different nights. We wanted to try some food at the fire pit/pop up area but it wasnt open at all on our stay. Not a problem for us, but you need a car to get there.

Immerso might be the finest hotel experience I've had. The location is stunning, high on a hill overlooking the Ocean. The rooms are polished, and clean, and comfortable in the way that makes you not miss your bed at home. The food in the restaurant is likely the best we had during our three week stay in Portugal, and the included breakfast is definitely the best. I could go on. The spa, the sauna, the pool, and more. Where Immerso blew us away, though, was with its staff. I've never been in a hotel before where it felt like every single staff member there truly wanted you to love your experience. They also wanted to make sure you loved their country. Special shout out to Alexander, Bruno, Mariana, Beatriz, and Hilda--many of whom felt like new friends by the end of our short stay. I can't say enough kind things about Immerso the hotel... But the staff is out of this world.
