I loved our stay here. Felt very cosy and homely. Comfy beds and room, even had a bathrobe and fluffy slippers which was a nice little plus. Balcony overlooking a nice view and within close proximity to the centre of Ericeira and plenty of beaches, we had a car so getting around was easy. On foot it would be a bit far to the centre. Breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty! All in all great value for money and we would definitely stay here again when we return (which is highly likely 😉)

Nothing! The only point I could find is that there didn't seem to be A/C but maybe I'm wrong. No problem for us since it was still not too warm in June and we didn't need it, there was a fan and that sufficed for us.

The staff was so kind and helpful. Very friendly. The location was central and the place itself was just gorgeous.

The only thing that wasn't good for us is that when we booked the room I specifically inquired re: stairs because I have mobility issues and use a cane. I was disappointed to find our room at the top of the stairs, when I had been told "the only stairs were a few to the pool." And, asked if I could manage those. I said yes, and we booked. The pool was a full flight up. I never went to see it, so thankfully the weather wasn't so warm that I felt badly about missing it. I would've preferred honesty. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Absolutely loved our stay at Beachouse. Host Miguel is very welcoming, and Ana who makes breakfast is amazing, she cooks great food and creates a lovely energy in the guesthouse. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pool area is very nice. Would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure! Thanks guys :)

Nothing, everything was perfect

I liked the breakfast supplied and made fresh by Ana every morning, the room was very clean and with a big comfortable bed. There was a room refresh and towels when requested and I loved the extra bathrobe and slippers and enjoyed the kind welcome gift I received after a late check in.

Nothing except it would have been nice to have air conditioning but it wasn’t missed really.

We stayed 2 night at the beach house. The facilities is perfect. It is a big house divided in single rooms. There is a large pool on the terrace. It was super clean. The breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. They helped us to organise surf lessons and other activities. There is also a big kitchen that you can use whenever you want. The house is very near to one of the most beautiful beach in Ericeira to surf

I loved everything about this place but the thing which made it exceptional is the help of staff. They were super flexible in terms of breakfast arrangements, provided guidance and recommendations on surf lessons and restaurants. Our room had modern furnishing, and the pool area had a beautiful view on the hills. The beach was within walking distance. I loved that there was freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast.

What’s not to like about the Beachouse? It is a beautiful, pet-friendly B&B located just outside of Ericeira. We were warmly greeted by Diana, and a lovely bottle of wine & cheese. Throughout our stay, we experienced amazing hospitality: comfortable beds, robes and slippers, quality soaps & shampoo, beach towels for the pool, a gorgeous breakfast spread prepared fresh daily by chef Ana, and a private terrace. I could go on and on….The Beachhouse is located just a few minutes drive from Ericeira center, and is within walking distance of the gorgeous Ribera d’Ilhas beach. We spent a leisurely few days watching the surfers at the beach and then returning to the Beachhouse to relax on the terrace or by the pool. I have stayed at many wonderful accommodations through Booking.com. This place surpasses them all! The photos of the room below were taken after 2 days, so any mess is reflective of us; not the Beachouse! Also included is a photo of the breakfast spread provided for two.

Not actually a “didn’t like” but suggestion: it would have been nice to have a shelf or small vanity table in the bathroom to put our toiletries. There is room in the bathroom for either, and two women traveling together could use that.

Super clean guest-house in a good location for Sintra, Obidos, Lisbon and the beautiful beaches around Ericeira and the Silver Coast. Diana was a helpful, friendly host and Ana, who made breakfast, was a lovely, sweet person. Small guest-house, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. Large swimming pool with lovely views.

Lovely guesthouse, good, quiet location near Ribeira d'ilhas beach and Ericeira. Lovely staff, lovely breakfast, lovely pool and view from it. We did yoga as a family with Marlies which was fantastic, and Ana looked after us for breakfast so well, and created a very friendly and calm atmosphere.

The breakfast was outstanding with fresh scrambled eggs offered every morning by Ana. The pool was a good size, very relaxing and has a great view. Diana and Marlies were proactive and helpful. Excellent location for us as we were surfing not far away.
