I think Selina has got a much lover grade as it deserves on booking. I have been staying in many hostels and several times at Selina and for me Selina is the best in Ericeira. I always meet lovely people, the hostel has great areas for work and hangout with people, its a nice location and also the people working there are amazing. Bruno in the reception was so kind and helpful and also the girl i unfortunately forgot her name but thank you Selina i had the best stay there ☺️

The private room was really big and clean. Bed was comfortable! Like the room a lot! Also the hostel is really close to huge supermarket which is nice!

The accommodation lacked a cooler for drinking water, or like cooking oil in the kitchen for the guests. The room was not well soundproofed. Noise from the outside, including people in the kitchen and music from the reception, was easily heard. Installing a better soundproof door would greatly improve the experience.

Everything was perfect, the hostel is clean, has a very comfortable common area with workspace, and restaurant, the breakfast was lovely. The staff was really friendly and helpful, some activities (like morning yoga) were not yet available since we visited in the low season, but the person at the reception made sure to find us a different yoga teacher just a few minutes down the road :)

Great location really close to center and walkable down to beach. Surf lessons offered every day and staff provided good information when asked. Shared spaces were really nice.

Arrived at check in time and was told to wait 10 minutes which then ended up being 2.5hrs to check in, happy to wait this but just would prefer transparency. Walls were also very thin

This is a really cute hostel - I loved the decoration and the outdoor area. The service was great, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect location: very close to the center, but in a quieter area.

The only thing I would mention is that the toilets and showers were very small and unisex. Also, the cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the morning and woke me up.

Great vibe and location for a solo traveller. The yoga classes on the rooftop for free are great! Kitchen facilities and communal areas were kept clean. Other guests were kind, sociable and friendly. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast options were fab! I enjoyed my stay here and exploring Ericeira!

Kitchen is a little small, so you have to duck and dive a little during peak meal times (or wait).

The location was perfect, the staff were amazing, great menu in the restaurant. I loved the welcome drink on the first night which makes it easier to meet others, and the morning yoga. The party on Monday was great too! Enough space for chilling.

The bathrooms were often bit dirty and there’re only few for the amount of people. Cleaning ladies were cleaning in the peak times which made it a bit harder :)

I found Selina was in a great location only a short walk down to the beach and supermarket. Amazing pool and terrace with sea views. The staff were all very welcoming and catered to any needs. They have excellent selection of activities available through the hostel if you wish - Bouldering, Surfing, Yoga. I stayed alone and the other guests were friendly and fun! I would definitely come back to stay here as it was a super fun place in a great town.

Selina was an amazing place to meet people! Everyone I met was incredible outgoing, adventurous, and inclusive! The facilities were nice and clean all around and their roof deck was to die for! Really enjoyed every part of staying in Selina even in the 20 person room. I didn't work from here, but definitely could have - if time zone matched up. It definitely gets load during the night.

I wish that you could bring YOB onto the patio during parties as the beer and sangria they sold was a bit expensive. It wasnt too bad and was def worth it for the views, vibes, and chance to meet people.

I loved my stay in Ericeira. Kind people, nice area where the hostel is located, the kitchen was really nice and clean and the room and the bathrooms were also really nice!

It is a little slow at the end of October which makes it a little harder to meet people but there is a nice common area! :)
