I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel over the weekend for my friend’s destination wedding, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming—fast, knowledgeable, helpful, and always smiling. They made check-in a breeze and set the tone for what turned out to be a truly perfect stay. The spa team deserves a special mention too. Every member of staff was kind, professional, and simply amazing at what they do. It made for such a relaxing and refreshing experience—I didn’t want to leave! The hotel itself is stunning, with top-notch amenities and great offers on food and drinks at the pool bar. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were spotless, and every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making this weekend so special. Your hard work, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel, lovely pool, great restaurant and bar! The restaurant manager Andrew was very attentive towards our family and that was a special touch! The kids playroom was a plus! There are several activities available to book at extra charge. The hotel really met our expectations as travelling with a small toddler, there were great facilities for our little one. Gorgeous views all around! Super recommend it for families!

Our room AC wasn't working properly, staff was attentive to provide maintenance even late at night, however it didn't get fix during our stay, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open for fresh evening breeze. I hope they manage to fix it soon! We also asked for babysitting services which we did not get a response during our stay. Hopefully they get better prepared for the families staying moving forward!

Located only 30 min taxi ride from Lisbon international airport, this hotel is in a quiet hilly area with wonderful views especially the sunset. Nicely decorated rooms, beautiful bar and spacious and clean breakfast area.

The room was nice however the a/c wasn’t working properly and despite addressing it twice we still couldn’t get it to cool the room down properly. Other guests reported similar issue with the ac ventilation. Also, although the mattress was very comfortable the bed was creaky. Lastly, the in-room ironing board was broken.

All my guests for our wedding were happy, it was good for location based on where our wedding venue was. The pool and pool bar are great, food is good as well. It was helpful to have the golf course outside. Room sizes are good. Bruno Alexander & Nuno at the reception check-in so helpful and very polite, great guys. The lady at the spa very helpful, very polite, and was always so helpful. Two gentlemen at the pool bar (Agnos & cannot remember the name of the other gentleman) were very polite and were always so helpful, chatty and interacting with the guests.

Breakfast was not great, all hot food is cold. A la carte restaurant food was not good at all, better to go outside the hotel to the local Portuguese restaurants. To get towels for the pool should be by the pool not at main reception. The gym has no equipment in there, and some machines they have are broken. No storage wardrobe space at all in a bigger room type. One of the managers could not remember his name has an extremely aggressive tone and was rude, did not get his name.

The hotel could use some maintenance work. The room had some lights that were not working properly and the walls were severely scratched. One hour before the check-out deadline, while I was carrying part of my luggage to the car, and despite still having the DND sign on the door, the cleaning staff entered the room and opened the items that I hadn’t taken with me yet, such as food that was being stored on the fridge.

The stuff was very nice everywhere - restaurant, hotel, bar, kids activities. The room was spacious and the location was nice, very quiet and with lot of green space around. The food at the breakfast was also diverse and many options for everyone to chose from. We have asked to check in earlier and it was possible. We also asked additional beds for the kids as we were 2 adults and 2 kids and we were only having a bed in the room - this was also possible

I didn't appreciate the fact that even we were having a booking done on one of the restaurants with 30% discount for dinner we were asked to move to a different one as the restaurant was closing and on the new one, where we had also breakfast in the morning, we were having buffet with a fixed price, kids paying 50% of the normal price. Kids are 4 and 6 so they barely eat anything. Also, for the kids activities, I think the cleaning in the closed space could be better and also the toys and all the things used in the activities could need some maintenance. Not able to have any of the spa services as were already fully booked for our stay

Staff was super friendly. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Definitely feels like a 5 star hotel. Hotel has excellent facilities, like a spa, pool, gym and game room. Spa never got too crowded because of a reservation system being put in place. Breakfast was great. Surroundings of hotel are beautiful as well. It’s very conveniently located if you want to visit Lisbon, Sintra, Ericeira and Obidos.

The only minor detail that I didn’t like is the temperature in the gym. It was way too hot.

The view from the room is great. The room and bathroom are spacious and spotless. The room has no kettle but the receptionist arranged for us when we checked in. Alexander gave us a great impression and provided excellent attention to detail when we checked in. Breakfast is good, a lot of choices. The indoor pool is very clean and good. Very relaxed during our stay. Will return.

The sign from the lift to the breakfast room is not that clear, a bit confused. Pillows could be better.

breakfast was brilliant, the staff are so friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for any of the guests. They loved our dog and provided a dog pack in our room which included an bowl and treat. They were pretty fully booked but we wanted to stay another night, they found us a lovely room upgrade for the second night and we really enjoyed using both the inside and outside pool, had the gym all to ourselves and the spa water circuit was really nice to use and relax in too! The golf really topped it off, incredible rate available to hotel guests, really good greens, definitely get a buggy though, it's quite the walk! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area!

An ideal place to relax for a few days and, for those who enjoy it, play golf. The hotel offers excellent facilities and the staff are very friendly and efficient. The pool is a great size and the spa is very pleasant. The breakfast is also very good.

People put towels on the sun loungers to reserve them and then stay away for hours. This is very unpleasant, as when someone arrives there are no loungers available.
