I recently stayed at Ninho Saloio for just one night after attending a wedding nearby, and I only wish I had booked a longer stay! From the moment I arrived, I was completely charmed by the peaceful location and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The accommodation is simply beautiful, spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and full of character. The decoration is stunning, with every detail thoughtfully chosen to create a cozy yet stylish space that feels both authentic and unique. Although my time there was short, it made a lasting impression. I’m already planning to return and book a longer stay so I can truly enjoy everything this special place has to offer. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful escape in Portugal, Ninho Saloio is a hidden gem you won’t want to miss!

Nice and cosy countryside hotel. Highly recommended if u have a late arrival flight and need an option for overnight stay. Good breakfast and lovely garden.

Ething was good. Except for the personal remark for the russian staff working at the hotel. This has ruined a bit the overall great impression about the place.

Such a beautiful, quaint hotel. Absolutely loved the garden which was kept immaculate and it’s little quirks with the swing and seesaw and the pool. The breakfast room was set up lovely at all times and the breakfast was brilliant. Our family room was so spacious with a little kitchenette. Had set up a double bed for our son and provided a travel cot with lovely bedding for our baby. The staff were really really helpful and so friendly.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property just wish we had a longer stay.

A very beautiful villa in the town, furnished by the owners with great love and creativity. Each room is furnished differently and tastefully. The attic room was tastefully cosy, small terrace overlooking the town, small shower room, but fully and interestingly furnished. Good wifi. The breakfast is good, simple, but the food is fresh, prepared by the hostess herself, and the service is pleasant and warm. Parking spaces are reserved for villa guests. The garden is equipped with relaxation areas, a small pool, a vegetable garden, and a chicken house. The environment is calm and safe

We were given the wrong room that I expected when I booked the room. We got a much smaller one, without a kitchenette. The ceiling in the attic room was too low for us, especially in the bathroom.

This is a lovely B&B with lots of charm. Our room was quite compact although there are larger ones. Breakfast was in a separate, charming building with savoury and sweet options: meat, cheese, fruits and pastries. The back yard is an oasis with a small pool.

We were welcomed by super friendly staff! The rooms are big and have a cozy atmosphere and the garden is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wedding, the night before so we skipped the breakfast but we were still taken care of with a good coffee in the garden.

The apartment is ideal for a short stay. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent - we highly recommend. The apartment windows are almost sound proof, so we had good nights sleep .

Breakfast was amazing. Good A/C and clean basic room with all you need.

Maybe just the room we got but didn’t look like the photos at all. The place is smaller and more basic than it looks online. Bit high of a price for the location considering that

We were amazed by the place as a whole. Very friendly staff, very cozy room, super clean and high quality linen / soap. The breakfast deserves special recognition, it was superb. Several options prepared with love and delicious. We will certainly stay there more times when in the area.

The whole place was really cute. Also the room was big and had a kitchen. The staff was really helpful.

It was quite noisy at night, e.g. neighbours in the hallway. The bed was really soft so you could feel the other person moving all the time. Breakfast was good, but not great and overall we feel it was really too expensive for the value.
