The facilities were very well maintained. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. All expected amenities - inside and out, were excellent.

There was no surprise that the location did not present much to do. This is a rest stop area outside of Lisbon. The onsite restaurant provided a good menu, however, the preparation of the food was not at par with the restaurants of the region.

Location was good for having a rental and heading to the airport in the morning. Classic business/overnight hotel accommodation.

The restaurant was very so-so. Ate dinner and was served cold canaloni. Sent it back. Clearly microwave food though not expensive. Breakfast was better.

Efficient check-in, spotlessly clean room. Although an older style hotel there was no musty smell in either the long corridor to the room or in the room itself. Happy to provide a kettle when we requested it which arrived within 5 minutes. Great to have chairs to sit in and relax. Next to a busy road but no interruption to a comfy night's sleep.

Not much soundproofing between the rooms. A fair walk to get onto Camino Portugues.

The facilities were well appointed. Staff was great. Amenities were well furnished.

The room was fine, however, there were some signs of wear. Cracks in the plaster on the walls and the floor was separating/peeling in some areas. Overall, still quite acceptable. It wouldn't stop me from rebooking again..

Elegant hotel with great spacious pool area and large comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was brilliant. Everything a tired & hungry pilgrim could need after a day's walk!

Lovely place to stay and the pool was perfect after a long day on the Camino. The LIDL next door was great to pick up breakfast and (don’t judge me) KFC was close by for dinner.

Up on the hill after a long day on the Camino, but honestly there’s nothing to complain about.

I wasn't allowed to buy the bath robe,I loved it so much and been looking for one for ages!! I do understand the policy so its all good 👍🏻

We arrived late after a long trip and the guy at the reception was very welcoming and gave us all the info we needed. Free parking, complementary water, nice breakfast, comfy beds and a quiet place - all you need for a good night rest.

the Hotel is clean, with a good parking, not far from the airport. You should mind that there are no restaurants in the nearby and no shops as well. But there is a quite good restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast is rich and various .

staff spoke english, kind and helpful, elevators were fast and clean, room was expected quality, everything worked: TV lights bath window, breakfast was hot and plentiful

Breakfast buffet was mostly carbs. difficult for diabetic diet.
